Hotel was in a great area, it was close to everything. Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful! Decent size pool and spa tub to relax in as well! We will be staying there the next time we travel to Lake George for the night!

I was very pleased with the hotel after making the reservation online. You just never know what you may be getting. The hotel was easy to find, clean and offered services such as Internet access in the room, breakfast and a spa after a long, long drive. The outlet stores were a bonus.

Room was very nice, 1 br suite. There were some kids running around the halls early in the evening and the noise really carries. Night was quiet though and we weren't disturbed at all. Hotel is a few miles out side town of Lake George, in midst of outlet malls. If you eat at the Old Post out front, be aware there is a bar menu and a dinner menu...

ROOMS NICE. NOT WHAT I BOOKED ALTHOUGH. I BOOKED TWO BEDROOM SUITE. ENDED UP WITH AN EFFICENCY TYPE ROOM. BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR THE ROOM. IN DOOR POOL NOT VERY HEATED AS STATED.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. The suite was very comfortable for the 4 of us, it was also very clean. The price was reasonable as we have payed similar rates for standard hotel rooms and not been as satisfied as we were here. Free breakfast of cereal, waffles, muffins/donuts was good as well. I tried to check into the hotel early and the girl at the front desk was very curt about telling me that they could not accomodate early check in because the hotel was booked. This was my first impression. I will say that my impression of the staff turned around quickly because EVERY other staff member that I had contact with was overly accomodating […] from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. I have one suggestion for the breakfast...if there could be a toaster added for the bagels/bread it would be more accomodating. The location was perfect for the reason of stay... The hotel is conveniently located to outlet shopping and SPAC. Turning left into and out of the parking lot is sometimes difficult due to the volume of traffic moving through the main route out front. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, providing a nice location for me and my friends to rest after shopping and attending a concert!

Very impresssed with the true two bedroom suite. Other hotels put in half walls next to the couch and voila its a suite. Not so here..two true bedrooms with lots of space for quiet and privacy. Made the trip so much more relaxing.
