My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

My husband and I needed time away from home. We are raising grand kids and just needed some time to ourselves. We have stayed there before and were pleased both stays. This is an older building and is in need of some upgrades. But all in all was a comfortable place to stay. We did enjoy our stay.

"Bed sheets dont fit!"
Bathtub drain was plug so bad by the end of a 2 min shower you are ankle deep. The fitted sheet did not fit the bed it always popped off on all coners. This was a complaint with the all most everyone that traveled with us.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Every time I'm in TN. I'm there ! Knoxville's best inn."
Our trip to Tn. for our son's wedding was quite an experience . Between the lay over in Denver , ( it only has 99 gates ) , and almost a loosing a piece of luggage there , not to mention no food on either flight which by the way started at 6am from Oakland , Ca. , when we checked in at the hotel i finally felt at home . We always stay at the Marriott […] whenever we travel . The Marriott in Monterey is our favorite vacation spot so when we travel its only to a Marriott if possible . This one was just what i expected and more . From the indoor heated pool , the gym , internet , 24 hour coffee and snacks , great free breakfast , and beautiful rooms I couldn't believe the information only gave it two stars . "Okay For What You Pay For"
Hotel was in convenient location next to the airport. Free shuttle service provided. Room was fine - the counter by the sink was stained and the faucet was loose (they tightened it upon request). The only services we used were at the front desk checking in and out of hotel. That service was fine. We were dissapointed with the room quality and t.v. channel access for the price of the room. "Fairfield Inn - perfect for overnight stay"
This hotel was perfect for me, arrived in the evening tired, got good information from the staff, took a swim in the pool, a complimentary banana and went to bed. Did some exercise in the morning, had some nice breakfast, got a free ride to the rental car place. Clean room, helpful staff, free shuttle, close to the airport. Ideal für Zwischenstops bei Inlandsflügen in den USA, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für einen Ausflug in die Great Smokey Mountains gut geeignet. Personal war sehr freundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es "Continental Breakfast" (Toast, Butter, Marmelade, […] Bagels mit Frischkäse, Muffins, Waffeln zum Selberbacken, Müsli, Orangen- und Apfelsaft sowie Kaffee und Milch) und dieses war völlig ausreichend. Wir wählten dieses Hotel für unsere letzte Nacht in den USA vor dem Heimflug nach Deutschland von Knoxville aus und würden es jederzeit wieder tun. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in ordnung.
