I didn't care that the housekeeping staff hung out in the breakfast area during breakfast time. The staff was perfectly nice, but when you walked in the front door they were outside smoking.

I really wish I knew the young pregnant ladies name at the Front Desk because she was/is amazing. Greeted me with a smile, put me in a quiet area of the hotel, and when the tv didn't work properly effortlessly and apologetically allowed me to change my room. Thanks for making my return visit so welcoming.

No frills or thrills; you get what you pay for. Our room was clean and not a bad breakfast. Beds were not very comfortable (although that is probably more of a personal preference) and air conditioner/heater sounded like a freight train at times. The staff was responsive to my suggestions however so possibly these things have been handled.

Expensive for what you get. Felt like a motel 6 with new carpet and furniture. The breakfast was good. That's one nice thing I can say about my stay other than the staff was nice.

It was a nice hotel for the price and located near a Walmart and other conveniences. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was we had our Don't Disturb sign up, took it down by 1:00 p.m. and they never did service our room that day. The prior day we had no problems but on one of the days it wasn't done. Small issue for us but […] it would have been nice for them to service our room. Otherwise all was well and the breakfast was a full breakfast and the room was updated and very comfortable. The outside of the hotel & that it was near an off ramp of the highway, plus ugly power(?) towers made it seem that it may be horrible. You walk in the door and you feel like you are in a different world, even looking out the window, you do not see it. Staff was GREAT, exteremly clean. Our room the fan in the bathroom did not work, but it was not noisey, […] with early risers & highway traffic. We arrived early & the front desk staff checked with housekeeping & got us into a room that was ready. I appeciated being able to check in early so we could drop off our stuff & freshen up before heading to our event. Even though we were just yards aways from the main road you couldn't hear the road noise which was nice. I stayed for five nights. Two of those nights the coffee was not replaced and I finally had to go downstairs and request some. The filter was not cleaned out any of the nights. The second to the last day I was there it appeared that they hadn't really even made the bed, just thrown the covers up.
