Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel offered a buffet and a pancake, waffle and omlette bar. Hotel was a little older and had been mostly remodeled but other than that was very clean. We liked the wet bar, microware and mini fridge in the room.

The room itself was excellent, very beautiful and clean. The hotel was very crowded while we were there, which was a three day weekend in addition to a conference that was being held nearby. The manager's reception was very busy, so show up early if you want to get snacks (nothing too fancy, chips and salsa and some vegetables). There were two drink […] tickets per person, not too fancy, not too cheap. The breakfast was nice, but depending on what time you showed up there was quite a line for the hot bar. Check in was relatively fast, and the service was good. When we arrived at our room, we found the bed and other furniture in pieces, pushed up against a wall. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall and some of the fixtures had been replaced with aluminum foil. The room was obviously being repaired or renovated. We went back down to the desk, and […] were immediately given another room. The new room was average, at best. There was mildew in the grout in the bathroom, and hair from a previous guest(s) stuck to the bathroom ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the TV area, and needed to be replaced. My wife trapped a cockroach with a water glass, which we left for the housekeeping crew. I should mention that the housekeeper tried to let herself in at 8 am or so-a few hours before checkout on the morning of our departure. We did go down for the manager's reception, but didn't care for the selection. The restaurant and bar service was great, and the food was very good. The restaurant staff and management almost made up for the hotel's other issues, but we probably won't stay there again. Read more

My family loved our stay at Embassy Suites Raleigh - Crabtree so much we are booking our return trip at this hotel. Our hotel room had a separate living room area with a sofa bed, television, large dining table w/seating for three, and has two large windows. Hotel was ok, but a little dated. They need to remodel. Our room had carpet that was bunching up and chips in the bath tub. As expected, the open atrium is noisy, but I knew that going in. Bed was rock hard.

I enjoyed the free breakfast and during the weekend they have a managers reception for which each guest is allowed to have two free drinks from the bar and they have chips and salsa. Very nice hotel with a lot of commodieties. The breakfast and happy hour is really great with a lot of choices. We did reserve a smoking room and were put in a non smoking and were told we would be near the parking garage but instead were put 5 floors up from the parking garage. Other than the fact that the bathroom sink did not drain well, and the buffet area needed much better lighting, our stay was a nice one. We were located just across the road from the Crabtree Valley Mall where we ate dinner at the Cheescake Factory and were able to do some shopping. Room was beautiful and one of the best appointed we have ever had.

Had a great stay. Room, which had a separate sitting area, microwave besides a small refrigerator, was excellent. The breakfast buffet was nice and the manager's reception was a pleasant deal. The only complaint I had was the lack of free WiFi. Hotel was near Crabtree Mall and some nice restaurants.

I will not stay at this hotel again. It is very beautiful and impressive; built around a central atrium. The noise level in the atrium is absolutely ridiculous. The sound echo through the entire hotel. They begin getting ready for breakfast at around 4 am and have no consideration for the noise level. Any parties going on in the hotel also take place […] in the atrium and the noise is crazy. The walls are so thin in the rooms that you can literally hear the person next door using the restroom when your room is quiet. There are some very positive things - the room was very nice and clean. They offered two complimentary drinks each night to each adult and there is a made to order breakfast that is very good. I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a small problem. I did see a bug in the room. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. They did give us a free night's stay for future use because of the problem. I thought that was great. They also had a great breakfast buffet every morning which was great. I will stay again.

My family decided to stay at Embassy Suites since we were in Ralerigh anyway for a family event. The price was good and the hotel was great. They even gave us two free drink tickets each to redeem between 5:30p-730p..The Crabtree mall is across the street so we shopped a bit as well.
