Great weekend getaway! The location was great as well! Plenty of shopping, restaurants and downtown Raleigh was just minutes away! Will stay there again in the future!!

Check in was relatively fast, and the service was good. When we arrived at our room, we found the bed and other furniture in pieces, pushed up against a wall. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall and some of the fixtures had been replaced with aluminum foil. The room was obviously being repaired or renovated. We went back down to the desk, and […] were immediately given another room. The new room was average, at best. There was mildew in the grout in the bathroom, and hair from a previous guest(s) stuck to the bathroom ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the TV area, and needed to be replaced. My wife trapped a cockroach with a water glass, which we left for the housekeeping crew. I should mention that the housekeeper tried to let herself in at 8 am or so-a few hours before checkout on the morning of our departure. We did go down for the manager's reception, but didn't care for the selection. The restaurant and bar service was great, and the food was very good. The restaurant staff and management almost made up for the hotel's other issues, but we probably won't stay there again. Read more

My family loved our stay at Embassy Suites Raleigh - Crabtree so much we are booking our return trip at this hotel. Our hotel room had a separate living room area with a sofa bed, television, large dining table w/seating for three, and has two large windows. Everything was fine until the second morning's breakfast. The line was incredibly long, there was no eggs & bacon on the buffet so all we had was stale donuts & muffins since we didn't have time to wait in the line.

Other than the fact that the bathroom sink did not drain well, and the buffet area needed much better lighting, our stay was a nice one. We were located just across the road from the Crabtree Valley Mall where we ate dinner at the Cheescake Factory and were able to do some shopping. Room was beautiful and one of the best appointed we have ever had.

Had a great stay. Room, which had a separate sitting area, microwave besides a small refrigerator, was excellent. The breakfast buffet was nice and the manager's reception was a pleasant deal. The only complaint I had was the lack of free WiFi. Hotel was near Crabtree Mall and some nice restaurants.

First-rate in every aspect that you could think of - beautiful accommodations and spacious, accessible room which translated to ease of movement for Mom who appreciated this amenity. I will not stay at this hotel again. It is very beautiful and impressive; built around a central atrium. The noise level in the atrium is absolutely ridiculous. The sound echo through the entire hotel. They begin getting ready for breakfast at around 4 am and have no consideration for the noise level. Any parties going on in the hotel also take place […] in the atrium and the noise is crazy. The walls are so thin in the rooms that you can literally hear the person next door using the restroom when your room is quiet. There are some very positive things - the room was very nice and clean. They offered two complimentary drinks each night to each adult and there is a made to order breakfast that is very good. I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a small problem. I did see a bug in the room. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. They did give us a free night's stay for future use because of the problem. I thought that was great. They also had a great breakfast buffet every morning which was great. I will stay again.

My family decided to stay at Embassy Suites since we were in Ralerigh anyway for a family event. The price was good and the hotel was great. They even gave us two free drink tickets each to redeem between 5:30p-730p..The Crabtree mall is across the street so we shopped a bit as well.

Overall a very pleasent stay. Clean, spacious room with very friendly and helpful staff, which is why I am partial to staying at an Embassy whenever possible. We were close to the malls, downtown and the State Fair. My only gripe is on one morning they didn't seem to be able to keep enough food out at breakfast. We waited in a long buffet line only […] to get up front and find empty items. A side note: I booked a room with double beds and upon arrival was told that it was "requested" not "reserved" and they were currently sold out of that room type. We were traveling to Greensboro to attend a wedding. Although the wedding was an hour and a half away we wanted to stay at this Embassy. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was great-very close to Crabtree Valley Mall. We wanted to stay longer but will stay again!!

This was a recurring stay for me. I returned because of an excellent first experience; this time it was just "ok". The hotel is just getting old. Even though they've refurnished the rooms, the building needs an overhaul. Enjoyed myself though! Would still come again. Not worth the money though; i was paying for location.

Everything about this hotel was great....location, decor, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, etc......the only place where they could improve is to get more comfy beds. The bed was so stiff I had to sleep on one of the king down pillows I brought from home. I have a bad back and try to stay in hotels with pillow top beds if possible.

Great stay for four nights. Didn't participate in the free breakfast because we worked out at the hotel gym in the mornings; however, the food did look really good (much better than any other free breakfasts I've ever seen). The hotel bistro was amazing; so much better than expected! The person who seemed to be the bistro/bar manager had, what sounded […] like an Italian accent, so, anytime you meet an restaurant manager with an Italian accent, you're sure to get an excellent meal. Although we put the Do Not Disturb sign in the door, as we don't like strangers entering our room, the staff put a bag of clean towels outside our door every morning (which was nice of them). You can hear the atrium noise in the living room area, but, the noise does not carry into the bedroom (we didn't mind the noise in the living room area because we could drown it out with the TV, besides we couldn't hear it in the bedroom). There was a faucet in the bar/mini fridge area (nice bonus), and there was a sink area in the bedroom (another nice bonus). Walking distance to the mall; we did eat in the mall food court a couple of times (there was plenty of options to eat!).
