"Bad Customer Service"

I have stayed at this lovation before and found it quite great. My experience wth the hotel staff before was ver courteous, however on this stay the guy at the counter seemed over whlemed. I guess there were some people stying there from a truck training or something but he was the only one at the desk and he was very frustrated and t showed in his service towards the customer as well as myslef. The rooms are always nice, I just wish that this time the service matched the rooms.

"Bad hotel"

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They gave someone else our room key, someone tried to enter our room at 1 in the morning. The place was dirty and old. I told the lady at the front desk and she yelled at me and said they were having key issues.
