If you need a place to stay in Savannah and you have a car, this might be your hotel. I felt like it was a little pricy for what you get, which is basically a bed, bathroom and an old tv. The breakfast consists of either a muffin, a danish or a bagel. Close enough to downtown, plenty to eat within a few minutes and great price so you can spend your money on fun! Would definitely do it again! It's not the Ritz but for a get-a-way that gives you some money in your pocket, it works!

The room had a very bad odor. Even after complaining to the front desk. They came and sprayed the room but I did not help. Seems like they would have put me in another room but they did not. I had to go to Walmart and purchase candles and febreeze to help with the odor . Won't stay there again!

Immediately upon entering, you couldn't help but notice the odd smell of the room. The only bath towel I had for use coming out of the shower on the first morning had a big curly, dark hair on it. When we asked for extra pillows, they would only give us 1 to share between us, as they only had 2 extra pillows for the whole hotel. Didn't interact with staff so I gave it a 3... Neutral. It was not bad there at all. The price was affordable. The room did smell a lil musty but what room wouldn't when it's all closed up with no air on. It went away tho. Very clean. And no bedbugs!!

I was disappointed that refrigerator and microwave oven requested at booking were not provided. Hotel manager, a somewhat grumpy man, said no request was made by Hotel.com. In addition, the room stank of urine or other musty smell which caused us, my wife and I, to purchased de-odorisers to eliminate the foul smell. This action was necessary several […] times each day. I did not report it to the manager because I anticipated a negative response from him. I was actually berated for booking through Hotel.com whom he classified as a "fly-by-night company " as I would be better served if I booked through him (grumpy manager). Wasn't expected to spend all day in in the room, so low cost was priority. The room was very clean, and the cleaning crew did a great job of cleaning the room while we were out. The room was a bit dated, but comfortable enough to our needs. The people at the front desk were also nice, at least at times I had to visit them.

The hotel is located mid-town near shopping but several blocks to the historic district. Rooms were small but very clean---breakfast was silly and basically worthless. OK for the price although at night the military aircraft landing at the nearby base were very loud. in a pinch i would stay there again for only short periods of time.
