"Nice place for the family"

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were fantastic. The room was comfortable for two adults and two children. The only negative thing was that the base boards in the bathroom needed to be cleaned and some of the stripping around the shower was coming down.

Hotel was located in downtown and close to restaurants. Room was run-down. Toilet broke in the middle of the night.

Within 1 block of aquarium. Good restaurants nearby. Easy to find. Parking was full most of the time, but I lucked out and got a space everytime I needed one. First room we were given had no mattress on the fold out couch. Kinda made the cushions sink in a bit! We were immediately given another room. Free breakfast area was crowded and orange juice mostly water. Overall, clean,convenient. Staff friendly.
