"needed a room quick"
We needed a room for a friend and was able to book right away . When we needed to extend the stay they were helpful and speedy . Food around the area was good and close. Overall it great not a five star but affordable , comfortable and clean. Thanks for making this a nice stay .Genuine Hotels.com guest review

My parents & I are traveling & were on our way too Branson but they were all booked. from the front this place looks clean, but it is NOT. We all have bites on us, I have 7 spider bites!! The bathroom had a dirty floor. Yuck. I won't recommend this place at all.. needs to be torn down!!! Wish I could put a picture on of all these bites..

It had rained and when we came back to our room that night our bathroom had water standing and the carpet was wet. They were booked and couldn't get us another room until the next night. They did furnish us with towels to mop up the mess. It was so late that we stayed in that room and made the best of it. The mattress was as hard as a board. I asked for a refund or at least a discount and they informed me that because I booked with Expedia, there was nothing they could do but put us in another room . The other room wasn't any better. In the lobby, the wallpaper was coming off the walls. I WAS NOT HAPPY! Do NOT stay here.

The rooms were dirty, air condition did not cool the room very well. They offer breakfast 6-9 and were out of everything but toast at 8:15 and the lady in there monitored all food and told you how much you can have. At 8:30 she brought more food out after saying there wasn't any more and told you what you can and cannot have.....Worst place I have ever stayed!!

The comforter on the bed closet the window, had visible mildew on it (top and bottom), plaster was missing on the ceiling above the bed, and mildew was bad on the bottom of the shower curtain - room was quiet - sound-proofing really good
"Great Hotel in Northwest Arkansas"

Stayed here on business over memorial day weekend. This was a last minute trip to area and most hotels were sold out. Heidi at the front desk said all they had were smoking rooms when I made the reservation, but when I arrived she had a non-smoking room available for me for both nights. Rooms were clean and quiet and had plenty of hot water. Internet was okay, but sometimes slow, however, was able to check and send emails. It has great large vehicle parking which is important to me since I drive 45 ft. motor coaches. Breakfast was good, compared to most Days Inns.
"Not very good"

I stayed here on drill weekends for forever and half the time an appliance would not work and there were people selling drugs on the bottom floor one night. I would like it if the army would change our location to one of the other hotels in the area

I've stayed at this particular facility three times in three years as I make a trip to visit my best friend every year at the same time. For the most part the hotel is good, but this time they didn't put new shampoo, they just left a half used one in the room. The ironing board cover was coming off badly and it needed to be replaced but it went without being changed or fixed.

This was very average. There is a need for greater attention to maintenance in the rooms.

BUSINESS/COUPLES This hotel is what we use when we come to Harrison. The lobby is pleasant enough. It is within driving distance of some pretty nice restaurants, and though there is a Chinese restaurant next door, we prefer to frequent other such establishments like COLTON's STEAK HOUSE 820 Highway 62 65 N, Harrison (870) 741-1834, and then the Neighborhood Diner at the edge of town 1112 N Main St, Harrison, AR 72601, (870) 743-9493. Neither my husband nor I were interested in the "breakfast" offered in the lobby. Not sure it is possible to fix without serious upgrades, but the INTERNET in the room was HORRIBLY SLOW, INADEQUATE and at times nonexistent. It's is as if they get the absolutely cheapest server with the smallest band width just to say they have IN-ROOM Internet. I wasn't able to check my email until I got to St. Louis. The computer in the lobby was only slightly better. My husband spent about 5 times the time trying to send out an email from his own GMAIL. The water in the tub, INSTANT hot... which is remarkable! The hotel was also within walking distance of a WalMart. There is a Chinese restaurant next door. We love coming to Harrison and staying at the Days Inn, but might have to look elsewhere if the Internet issues are not resolved.

Rust and mold in bathroom shower ceiling. Walls dirty in room. Carpet appeared stained. Doesn't look like the owners take pride in the upkeep of the outside or inside of the hotel. What a shame. Most likely will not book this hotel again.
