Staff is friendly and helpful. Layout of the hotel is a litte akward, but doesn't cause problems. Nice, clean room, comfy bed... a good stay.

The Downtown Marriott Courtyard is not as close to shopping and sports arenas as other hotels, and it is not as fancy as the main Downtown Marriott hotel (less than a block away) or some of the other big hotels. However, the Courtyard is closer to museums and White River Park and Victory Field. The service was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

"Not worth the money"

The hotel was nice but not for what we had to pay. I realize they charge based on convenience but next time I would consider staying at a nicer place if I'm paying that much money.

"High Price due to location"

High room rates due to hotel located downtown. I'd definatley choose a 4 star next time for just a few dollars more. Never had any hot water.
