"Poor Quality; Price High for the Area"

Hotels in Kingman are not as inexpensive ss they should be considering the number of hotels and the fact location is not expensive. Recommend travellers continue to Laughlin, NV, casino hotels for best prices. Hotel was very minimal in every regard. Not a good price for the location. Would not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay the only think that we would have liked better was to be closer to the swimming pool. We were in the building across the street from the main hotel. So in order for us to go to the swimming pool we would have had to get in our car and drive over to the pool. I would not walk because it is in an area that is not that great at night.

This is an older motel which has seen better days. However, if you are only using the motel as a place to bed, then the motel is perfectly fine at a bargain price. The staff is friendly. Everything is clean. You get internet. The breakfast buffet is just enough for me. For business travel or a person/family just passing through, you can save a few dollars.

We stopped here on our way to Williams, AZ to ride the train to the Grand Canyon. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of our room that we stayed again on our way home.

The room was very clean and nice and cool when we entered. The air conditioner worked very well all night which was important since we were staying over on some of the hottest days and nights of the year.

For being a po-dunk town in the middle of no where this hotel is great!! It had a microwave and a fridge in the room, which you don't normally get. It is right next to all the food places and gas stations so anything you need is in walking distance. The rooms are not very quiet but the location is fantastic!!!

The hotel was right off the highway, so it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was small, especially the bathroom, but it was adequate. It was clean.

The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful but were not knowledgeable about questions regarding cancellations because the reservation was made through Hotels.com. The bathroom was filthy and very small so if you are not an average size person it will be difficult to move around. The surrounding neighborhood was not very desirable and made me nervous to have our moving truck in the parking lot. I would have to say that for the price it was convenient to the highway but other than that it was a disappointing stay.

We were told that the section was the new section non smoking area.Not the case. They had pretty good beds and we able to get the rest that we needed for trip. So that is a good thing. I would go back again.

The walls were very thin. You can hear people brushing teeth in the next room. The room was not clean, quite a few hairs. The pillows were very flat. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice, however the pictures posted online have to be very old. It seems kind of run-down and we were up every hour or so peeking out our window to make sure our car was still there. But, it was clean and the price was great, so it worked okay.

The room next door had the TV on until 12:00 midnight and turned it on again at 5:00 AM. Needless to say we were tired when we left the next morning. This motel would have been a bargain if we could have slept all night, but if you can't sleep any price is to much.

Next to Interstate 40, traffic can be heard. Also pets are allowed and a dog barked off and on all night. For sure will never stay in this place again.

The no pets, no smoking rooms are in a seperte building away from railroad and traffic noise. Staff very good. Ice machines not working.

Hotel not bad for the price. However, the pool was incredibly small, dirty and inconveniently located-- different building separated by a city street. In a dessert location in the summer the pool is pretty important.

This was a basic, clean room, nothing special, but no complaints about the room or service. I was, however, somewhat disappointed that I actually paid more for the room by reserving through you than I would have if I'd just shown up to get a room.

Great location for a visit to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Cute local small town quaint feel in town nearby. Nice size hot tub inside. Fridge and microwave nice extra.
