Hotel was assisibe and easy to check in. Rooms clean. But the regular size double beds where very uncomfortable with two adults trying to sleep in them. Besides that-- it was acceptable.

Our room was very clean. The gentleman that checked me in was efficient and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Good room for the price. My one complaint would be the lack of electrical outlets in the room. There was nowhere to charge my phone or plug my laptop in without unplugging microwave and refrigerator.

First of all, the staff was outstanding. Very polite, very helpful. The room was a typical budget hotel room with a small fridge, a microwave and a small coffee maker. The continental breakfast was so-so (no fruit or alternatives to sugary breakfast). The downsides: some of the electrical outlets didn't work, there was no wi-fi in the room, the fluorescent […] light over the vanity took forever (thirty minutes to an hour) to come on. Unfortunately, a huge thunderstorm hit while I was a guest, and knocked out the Direct TV, which didn't come back on until the next morning. A major ick factor for me was the fact that the hotel was next door to an abortion clinic, but that isn't their fault. It was very quiet while I stayed there, even though judging from the parking lot they were full. It is a very convenient location for the cultural district and downtown, and the price can't be beat. The attendant was not so nice. The room was stinky and the the bathroom was not up to par! The cable did not work, even though there was a storm, we should of received a discount or something, so my kids didnt enjoy staring at the wall till they fell asleep! All was well except the bathroom. The shower was mildewed and there was mold in the cracks and crevices of the tub. My husband and I was unable to take a bath. Reported it the manager upon checkout. We were offered another room but there was no need considering we were in town for only one night.

This Days Inn is convenient for a short stay. Since it's on the interstate, you can easily find almost any type of food that you want and find your way back to the hotel without any fuss. The area isn't horrible, but it gets pretty bad just a few blocks away so I would highly recommend locking doors and being cautious. The chain was broken in the toilet, so it didn't flush. There was mildew all over the shower curtain. When I tried to call the office, the phone didn't work. This was the worse Days Inn we've ever stayed at!

Creepy... Request a room on the east side or you will be looking at a painted fence. When we first arrived the hotel's appearance gave a lot away. It looks very run down and poorly kept. The room didn't smell very good and we were quick to notice ants running around by the sink and toilet. We thought perhaps the ants were isolated to the bathroom area, and we were extremely tired - along with an exhausted 11 month old - so we went to […] bed for the night. After a few hours sleep, I woke up itching to find ants in my bed - and lots of them. I woke my wife and son up and we left the hotel. Both my son and wife also had ant bites. We went and found another hotel - Best Western off 820 @ Clifford - much nicer ;-) I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. It actually looks like it should be condemned by the health department. First things first. It's a Day's Inn, so you aren't expecting a Hilton or Four Seasons. The location is awesome, right next to I-30 and 820-west, just down from a huge mall (ridgemar) and movie theater (Rave). The pool was awesome, warm enough to enjoy and VERY clean. The room was what I expected with a few minor problems. First, I didn't get a "Do […] Not Disturb" sign, which I always hang as soon as I get to a room. Second, the carpet was VERY dirty. I was in a smoking room, but I have never been in a hotel where the room carpet made my bare feet turn black like this one did. Third, and foremost, the toilet would not flush at all. Instead of calling the desk and having to move rooms or worse, wait for them to fix it, I simply fixed it myself using a straw and some plastic from the coffee service in the room. The room was kind of dirty, paint and marker was on the walls, I am guessing a family with some ill-behaved children were there recently. :-) The bed was comfortable, AC was cold and easy to use, and the shower was awesome! If you need a place to stay in Fort Worth for not a lot of money with decent accommodations, you should give this place a try. Read more
