The room I was in was located on the back side. It smelled aweful, even for a smoking room. The ac unit had pieces falling off of it. The fridge was not cold at all. All in all, one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. There was another hotel just a block away with rooms twice as nice for the same price. The room was just adequate for a quick overnight stay. I was quite impressed thought with the breakfast they offered. They had a cook providing made to order eggs and pancakes which is very surprising for a low-budget hotel. It was the best breakfast I've had staying at a hotel offering free breakfast.

We arrived at 10 pm with two little kids. We had to wait in line behind a guy who couldn't decide what kind of ramen noodles he wanted in order to get our key. The clerk was behind bullet proof glass. We had to drag her outside to literally kick our door in to get it open. There were cigarette burns in our (clean) sheets. All this go $50!

Room looked like a roach motel and like it was falling apart. Cheaper rooms can at least not have peeling paint in bathtub and a toliet that doesn't constantly run all night.

I ASKED FOR MORE COFFEE, AND THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK, SAID NO HOUSE KEEPING WAS THERE, THAT SHE HAD TO LOCK THE FRONT DOOR, AND GO GET IT HERSELF? Looks like the ceiling is serious need of repair. On check in the front desk clerk was clearly at the beginning of her shift & in no hurry to get through the line in front of her. While gone for breakfast the cleaning staff came into the room & had our door wide open w/ our stuff out. The sign was posted on the door & we were checking out later that […] morning. like the location but the room was ok..first did not like that the microwave was on the floor and durty...it was no shower curtin on the bathroom...the door had holes from a shooding and insted of replacinf the door the patched..not good. but for the price is good.

Seeking a very low cost place for a 5 day stay, and I got it. Basic hotel. Minimally clean. Barely acceptble WiFi. Beakfast was so-so. Other reviewers raved about the short-order cook. All she does is cook eggs and pancakes. No omeletes. No meat. Not complaining, becasue I wanted low budget and I got it.

my sheets stunk a bit and I was not able to access their Wi-Fi so I had to leave to a nearest Mc Donalds to get internet. Customer service was great. Other than that it was ok for the price.

Staff and hotel were both above expectations for the price. Close to the highway which resulted in a quick entry and exit, but also made it very noisy. Plenty of good places to eat within minutes, and a few you can walk to. We checked in at night and were concerned about the people hanging around and checking in. I have had better accomodations at Hotel 6. The bath towels had hair on them. The room was non-smoking and it reeked of something. There was a sign at the front desk that said you had 15 minutes to cancel your reservation if you didn't like your room. First of all - location. Can only enter from one direction, difficult to find, even with GPS. Room just wasn't as nice as other 2 star rooms I stayed in on this trip. Amenities weren't always taken care of, i.e. tissue, kleenex, etc. Room was OK but overall not as nice. TV reception was terrible.

The Econo Lodge met at all expectations for a stay at a cheap hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. My only real comment is that the staff was incredibly slow at check-in, and there is no automated check-out.

The room is in need of major repair and upgrade. The sheets had burn holes and stains, the room had a pungent odor, the door key wouldn't open the door after two resetting attempts, it took a passing maintenance man several tries to open the door and get my key to work.
