The room was great and comfortable! The bathroom was a bit small and furniture a bit worn, but it was clean and convenient. Target and Albertson's were literally next door, which was very helpful! The indoor pool was too small for the popularity of the summer.

We checked in at about 4pm and our room was still not ready. We had no towels, not trash liners and our non smoking room smelled like smoke. We had to call twice for room towels, and were only brought pool towels. Air conditioner was very loud, T.V and beds were very out dated. Pool and hot tub were ok but needed to be cleaned. Just across the street from Target and grocery store so convenient location but room was tired and grungy. Uncomfortable pillows. Bathroom had a slight urine smell and the shower rod was broken so curtain wouldn't stay completely shut.

Marissa at the front desk was very helpful. (We had to call her twice for directions!) Everything in the room worked great and the hotel is conveniently situated. A great deal for those traveling with a dog.

This older Days Inn is in need of re-decorating (bed linens and carpet are dingy and dark). We had to request a different room because it was evident that our non-smoking room was not! (Quick & easy move.) Had to request service on the television and the internet connection - however, service was prompt and no further problems there. I was concerned […] about cleanliness, especially of the desk chair (small clumps of hair!) and the janitorial staff did not replace ice bucket, cups or little amenities (lotion) until it was requested. The location was great for visiting family near Intel. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful although one morning the wake-up call didn't happen! The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The hotel location was very convenient to Park and Rides for Balloon Festival. Many good resturants close to the motel. The motel rooms do need updating and the bathroom was VERY small.

The hotel is in a great location(shopping plaza next door - groceries-laundry) it was less then 20 minutes to the balloonfest. It is right off the main road but was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information on directions and local restaurants near the hotel that were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location for the Balloon Fiesta. They even had breakfast ready early in the morning for the people who wanted to get up at 4:30 AM for the Dawn Patrol show. Their rate was lower then other hotel.

The carpet was dirty and the room smelled bad. Otherwise it was clean. There was little counter space at the sink, making it difficult to put out more then toothpaste/brushes. Located just off main roadways. Quiet location quiet guests. As clean as any room I've stayed in. Very small maintenance issues needing but a screwdriver. Breakfast available and restaurants plenty. Basically use the hotel for spending the nights. The staff was great in terms of courtesy and service. Managment changed the schedule for Continental Breakfast based on the big event going on in Alburquerque - I thought that was a great touch!

This is a nice, small, comfortable place to stay for a short time. It's an outdoor entrance, which I wasn't Too comfortable with, but it seemed ok. I stayed during the week, so it wasn't busy and was quiet. I'd stay again if I needed to do so.
