Stayed here for business trip 2 nights. Very pleasant staff, newer hotel, breakfast, wifi, pool, and even complimentary beers for Holiday Inn express members. Only downfall was curtains in room were thin so lights from parking lot lit up room.

We had our grandson so the pool was a big plus. Overall, the property was run well and maintained okay, Pet peeve is mold around shower enclosure and our room had some. Bathroom was very tight. Front desk staff is friendly and courteous. Person at hotels.com said pet fee included in rate, but that was not the case - disappointed by that.

We stayed for one night at this hotel while traveling, and it was the most comfortable bed I slept in the entire week. The hot breakfast was great. The pool was small, as was the fitness room, but the room was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a comfy spot to rest for the night, this is it!

Our room was very dirty. Very dusty and there was crumbs and dirt over the coat hangers on the shelf. I went to use the extra pillows and all the dirt came flying down on my head. Lot of noise in the hallways due to parents and kids congregating . I realize it was for a hockey tournament but it upset my dog who barked. The office called me when I left […] for only 20 minutes and claimed my dog was barking for hours! When I returned within 7 mins to get my dog he was not barking. This was an excellent hotel and a pleasant surprise for a small town like Keene, NH. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast had good variety, but the pancake machine was a bit strange and made very rubbery pancakes. Bagels were not exactly soft and fresh. But...I didn't stay there for the food! I would definitely stay here again.

Charged twice for same room. Called manager to ask about this and never received a call back. When I finally called front desk, rep confirmed that we had been charged twice for the same room. No e-mail confirmation of corrected billing. No apology.

Friendly staff. Nice sized clean room w/ flat screen. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars for comfort is because the room had a queen and I am used to a king. The bed and pillows were comfortable just not able to spread out the way I am used to.

The staff at the hotel bent over backwards to accomidate my young girls with maps and extra towels. For a family of 4, the bathroom are was a tad cramp, but perfectly managae for a weekend stay. We would stay here again for a weekend, any longer and we'd look for more bathroom space.

Complete satisfaction. The 1 bedroom king bed with sofa room was spacious. Everything was organized and clean. The reception staff were friendly. At times there was some noise from other guests from the hallways going or leaving their rooms due to the fact we were on the 1st floor but mostly quiet. I stayed here one night and would recommend it. It was very clean and well-kept, and the front desk people were VERY friendly and easy going. I would emphasize *landmarks* to anyone if giving them driving directions. Key Rd is in between a couple of fast food restaurants, and thus looks like it the driveway into their parking lots. If there's a sign […] for the hotel there, I couldn't find it. Parking at the hotel was tight at 11pm. I'm lucky I found a spot. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. The thermostat in 218 wasn't in perfect working order, however. I turned it to "cool" and the room was stuffy and borderline uncomfortable. I turned it to "heat" and it got a little cooler. The arrow buttons to adjust the temperature up and down by degrees simply did not work. If I'd been staying over for more than one night, I would have said something immediately. As it was, I forgot to mention it during checkout, so I'm mentioning it here. Hey! Holiday Inn folks! 218's thermostat needs help! They served a decent complimentary breakfast from 7-11am. I unfortunately thought it was til 11am and arrived at 10am. The woman starting to close things down was very gracious and allowed me to get in her way to get some eggs and an english muffin. It was an interesting experience. The hotel and staff were the most pleasant and we even got a few laughs. You just can't pick who is in next room. We call them the roudy bunch. Yelling, slamming doors, etc. They were gone by midnight thanks to the staff. We'll stay again when in the area.

We checked in and went to the room it was ok. Then we walked around the hotel the pool was cloudy and there was rust on the doors in the pool room. We just stayed one night. The breakfast was good.
