I like staying at this hotel because of the sleep number bed. This stay however, the hallway on the third floor was ice cold, & the room was cold. I had to keep turning up the heat to stay warm. (I keep my house set @ 70 & I had to set the room to 78 just to warm up). Outside of the temperature problem, everything else was fine.

Great service by the breakfast staff. The front desk service staff was less impressive. The room was clean and up to date - sleepnumber beds, nice bedding, etc. Includes all the basic amenities. Definitely would visit again.

I appreciated them letting me check in an hour early. The outdoor pool is limited by seasons. The neighborhood has nothing to offer the hotel guest. A good business travelers choicest 12 miles from O'Hare, without any air traffic noise.

Nice room and hotel for the money. Bar was expensive but had free pool table and popcorn. Bathroom on the small size but the room was large and functional with small fridge. Soda & ice machines worked.

The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful! The pool was great too! But...the cups in the room were dirty as well as the inside of the toilet. The sleep by numbers beds were TERRIBLE! I couldn't get any sleep. It either feels like a over filled waterbed or a deflated waterbed.

It took forty minutes to check in. Only one person at the front desk. For such a large hotel they should have more then one person working. The desk clerk was very rude. You would probably have the same or better experience at a 2 star. Overall, the hotel itself wasn't terrible. If all you're looking for is a place to lay down and watch a little cable, the rooms were very nice. It is a bit pricey if these are all you're looking for, but on par with other Crowne Plazas. The pool seemed nice and the hotel as a whole was […] well decorated. However, if you are looking for any kind of service beyond a bed and some cable, the story changes. I requested to be able to hook in my laptop to the in room TV to get work done while I was there. After they spent the first whole night looking for a cable I didn't need, the security manager came and told me that this couldn't be done (a detail which I had verified weeks earlier was not the case with the hotel's IT rep). The next morning, breakfast was a whole other ordeal. The hotel boasts a decently nice little restaurant operation near the lobby. However, this means that you need to get a meal voucher to have breakfast there. This detail wasn't explained to us, nor were such vouchers provided upon our arrival. Therefore, we had to sit around for 20 minutes after our meal while the restaurant manager went to find out whether we needed to pay for breakfast (the breakfast had some really good dishes and some lower quality ones. I really dislike sleep number beds, the display wasn't working I don't if I got the full firmness I was looking for. Worst of all they put plastic mattress protectors on the bed. Each night I had to strip the bed to take them off. I can't sleep with these things on. TV connection quality was poor on some channels.

The hotel was very willing to shuttle us to the local commuter train station and pick us up at night. Everything about this hotel was a good experience. The rooms were attractive and clean. The staff was courteous and willing to help.

It's a little more run down and less fancy than the Hilton across the street, but it's also noticeably less in price. It's worth it. It was a nice quiet place to stay. We did also have a sleep by number bed, which was a nice touch.

This hotel is a quarter-mile from my office, which is 40 miles from my home. Rather than sit in traffic for 5 hours while snow was falling at a rate of 1.5" per hour, I stayed here - as I have several times before. Always clean, always quiet, good restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner if needed. SleepNumber beds to boot!

We had a "guaranteed reservation" for a room with double beds to accomodate our family. When we arrived thay only had a king bed with a (horrible) fold out sofa. Other than having someone set off the fire alarm the first night it was a great stay. The staff acted quickly to reset the alarm so we could return to sleep. The beds are the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly during my stay.

The Sleep By Number beds that many raved about on reviews didn't work. We had 2 rooms; 4 queen beds and only 3 of the 4 functioned as they should have. Outlet in bathroom didn't work--big inconvenience! Even when I bought it up to the front desk, they more/less shrugged it off. No apolologies. Would not stay there again.
