We were very satisfied with the room, location to our meeting, the quality and cleanliness of the facility. The free hot breakfast was fantastic. We were close to a shopping center, Kmart, etc. The room was much larger than we expected. The staff was great, and very courteous. We will return again and again when visiting Phoenix.

The room was exactly what was advertised--up to date, chic furnishings/decor, full kitchen--it was a great room. The only bad thing about our stay was a man who appeared to be living in the unit below us. He and his buddies would stand outside just below our patio and smoke. This hotel was very nice. They had a nice dinner if you stayed Mon-Thurs. Breakfast was quite good, eggs, waffles (with syrup, strawberries or chocolate chips), bacon, three cereals, yogurt (but not the individual kind, just a big bowl you scooped into smaller bowls, and several yogurt add ins), bagels. The buffet is not arranged very well. It is in […] a small space and the plates are in the middle of the warm breakfast. So it is very hard to get through. The pool is nice. The rooms are also nice. They could use some updating. Their is only one way to get to this hotel. It is right off the freeway, but you have to travel our of your way to get there. I spent one night here (single female) before a continuing education class held at the BlackCanyon Conference Center. The hotel was spotless, comfortable and reasonably priced. No traffic noise despite being just off the freeway. Would definitely stay here again. BBQ place nearby very good.

Very Nice - it was what I expect from Residence Inn. The "hum" of the freeway at first was a bit annoying, but after the first day - it simply became "background noise".

In the middle of kind of a shady area.photos online show a hot tub. Without a doubt the room was worth the money. I didn't care for the neighborhood and the reception area was a temporary area due to construction. We came in kind of late and the night service was terrible but when we went to check out, the service was perfect. Cleaning staff did came knocking at the door twice before check out time: once around 8 am then again at 11 am when check out time is 12pm. The first time it woke me up and the second time i was on the phone with a client. I know they are trying to do their job but forcing me to check out early is not the right way to do it.

This one is a tough one. Everyone at the hotel was great! However, the rooms were beaten down and the cabinets in mine were starting to come loose from the wall. I saw them renovating, which is much needed. I will be staying here again, but you might ask them for a freshly renovated room.

We were very satisfied with our 1 week stay at this hotel, staff was very friendly and attendant to our needs. Pool was good size and not crowded. Rooms are very nice with a small kitchen with granite coutertops and two barstools for eating. Kitchen was fully equipped with necessary items if you wanted to cook, it also included dishwasher, microwave, […] fridge, (housekeeping would even load your dishwasher for you). We had a 2 person couch with a big flat screen TV in our living room area and a desk with chair. Every morning there was a breakfast baffet with lot's of options and every other day they even cooked a complimentary dinner for all the guests that stayed there. Very friendly service, no complaints at all. It is close to a freeway, so you do hear that noise if someone is not used to it you might consider asking for a unit further away from the road or consider staying somewhere else. Not much in the direct vicinity but very close to the interstate which gets you wherever you want to be. Once you get a feel for the street and traffic lay out it is very easy to navigate. I read some reviews about the neighborhood not being very nice. While it was a little run down, I didn't feel unsafe. And I also noticed that MANY of the hotels i saw on Expedia and other sites were in the same area. When we arrived, we had a monthly schedule of events that the hotel was running for guests. There was a managers dinner of chicken casserole […] one night. A brat barbecue another. There as also a HUGE breakfast buffet with anything you could want every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the noise from the highway, which was right outside our door. But we just turned on our fan for some white noise at bedtime.
