Although this property is not high end, it delivered on all other points that make your stay comfortable and having you want to return for another visit. It is within walking distance to Disneyland, restaurants, and any other shopping you may wan to do. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Family oriented property.

We stayed for 2 nights and were placed at the back of the hotel with no parking nearby. The rooms are older but big. Housekeeping does their best. Our room had not been used in a few days because we had spiders in the folds of the bedspread. The hotel has a great price and free breakfast. The Internet is slow but free. Room was spacious and clean, the bus service was convenient and inexpensive for transportation to Disneyland. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with surprising variety each morning. The price was right, this was a comfortable hotel for a four day vacation to Disneyland for a family of four. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Enjoyed the neighborhood. Short walk to Disneyland. Traffic noise was a little loud at night, but quieted down around midnight. Noticed a strong urine smell while walking one of the pathways between buildings.

when we checked in the room looked ok but after using the washroom dicovered it wasn't very clean there was a dirty used glass on the counter and a bandaid on the floor in the middle where it should have been seen. Huge room and great value for family. Seriously, a full size kitchen and living room. I would have given a 5 for cleanliness, however, when we walked in the room we could tell the room was just cleaned, and they didn't finish making up the bed. Overall, this was the perfect little place for our family to stay over the New Year's holiday. We have stayed at over 5 different locations when visiting Disneyland, and this would have to be my number 2 favorite place to stay (#1 would be the Worldmark, which is just 2 hotels over). The morning breakfast was a definite plus!

We enjoyed having a kitchenette & comfortable queen beds. The couch was an older hide-a-bed and thus was not comfortable to sit on as it sunk down when you did. Smaller flat screen, non HD tv, which my husband didn't like. These are minor if you don't plan to spend much time in your room. Laundry facilities are clean and conveniently located by the […] pool. Pros: We had a Studio Suite. Great kitchen with full size fridge/freezer with icemaker you have to turn on. Shower worked great! Hot water and great shower flow. Very Quiet. Very little noise from other rooms. Next door had 2 labradors who barked only when the room was entered and we heard nothing. ( We only knew because owner asked if we'd been bothered) […] Full hot breakfast buffet that varied daily. Bacon crisp, Ham delicious, potatoes well seasoned. Internet access worked great! Staff was wonderful. Quick response to extra towels request, even late at night. The shuttle picks/drops off at the back of the property every 20 minutes. Very convenient. The ride to Disney is direct. The ride back had 2 stops and didn't take long. Cons: the bed was advertised as a queen but seemd to be smaller. We probably will not stay here again because of this and there is not a King option. It was just too small for our comfort. We would have liked a dresser in the room. Even though there were 3 closets with very ample hanging space, there were no drawers to be found. All in all the room was nice, clean and quiet. The staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine, just that the pictures make the rooms seem bigger then they are! We where on the first floor, (which is what we asked for, since we have two boys 5,10 years old, so we didn't want to make any noise for otheres under us). Which was what happened to us, lol. But other then that the stay was good, very close to Disney and very close […] to restaurants as well. The free breakfast is a great add, but have had better( if you do decide on having breakfast at the hotel, arrive early, other people are not so thoughtfull of others and tend to make a mess and not clean after the selfs). No cover parking and/or assigned parking, so I had to park on the other side of the complex and walk in the rain. The wifi is really bad, goes in and out, more out then in. Didn't use the kitchen. We got into the room and off the bat it was noisy with people below us with their music blaring!! The first night someone tried to kick in our door and pounded on it around 3 am for about 20 minutes. We stayed three nights with our 17yo and 2yo in a one room suite. Although we didn't use the full kitchen much, it was nice to have the referigerator, sink, microwave and a dining table. It is a ways away from Disneyland for us to walk with a toddler so we used the shuttle. The breakfast was ok...pretty much what we expected. The customer service was fantastic though. We were helped quickly and were able to check in a little early to a nice clean room. Any questions we had were answered and we were helped with a few items we forgot and with getting a taxi one morning. Staff were great at opening doors for us and smiling and greeting us and our little one when we would pass by in the courtyard and lobby. At one point our little tripped and hit her head on a table in a little room off the lobby and the gal at the Disney booth came quickly to see if she was ok and after I took her outside (she was pretty upset) followed us out with some Mickey stickers to cheer her up and check again if we needed ice or anything. We stayed here on a three day trip to Disneyland. Our room was comfortable, and it was nice to have the two rooms if someone woke up early and didn't want to wake others. The kitchenette was a great addition. At the end of a tiring day of walking Disney, we would throw a frozen pizza in the oven and relax. Every other night they have food from 5-7pm, […] too. One evening we had hotdogs and hamburgers, another night nachos. Their hot breakfast had many selections, and changed daily. I know I'm writing a lot about food, but Disney is pretty expensive, and finding ways to save a bit on food helped. Parking is also free at this hotel, and it is about .5 miles to the park. It is also a half block from the Anaheim Garden Walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a little store that is open 24 hours. The pool area, laundry room, and exercise room are also open 24 hours. They have a basketball/volleyball court next to the pool area. Read more
