It was a good stay. We were here because we were having our floors refinished, so not exactly vacationing, so no comments on seeing the sights. However, it is very close to the highway in both directions, so sightseeing should be easy. Bar and pool area were nice. "Old and run down"

They can do better with the staff they lack of staff and the only girl at the coffee place can't even look at customers in the eyes she is the only one serving coffee that machine can be put out and be a self serve coffee machine the girl is too busy.... "Close to commuter rail station few trains"
The hotel and the staff were great but we had constant problems with air conditioning temperature control that maintainence was unable to rectify, if we put AC on heat it went to 94F no matter what temp was set on controller. "Easy access to Boston"
We wanted to stay in Boston, but since it was Easter weekend and also Marathon weekend, we could not find a hotel at a reasonable price. This hotel was fantastic, great price, great room, and it was one block walk to the train which was a simple 20 min ride into South Station, Boston. We were on the first floor near the back so that was a walk but the room was nice the pool looked nice and the fitness room looked like a small gym. I went up to Dedham for a fitness training class, the room I had was amazing, the bed was top quality, and had some of the best pillows I have ever used. "Comfortable Hotel in Dedham, MA"
I stayed for the first time at this hotel this past week. As a woman traveling alone, feeling safe is always a first concern. Originally the hotel put me in a ground floor room with a sliding door to the outside; I requested a change and they were accommodating. I felt better being up two levels. The bed is comfortable, sheets are wonderful, everything […] was super clean. The toiletries were high quality, so good that I will seek them out and buy the shampoo and the body lotion. The shuttle drivers were very accommodating - I had meetings about 3 miles away and they took me and were willing to pick me up at the end of each day. They also gladly took me over to the nearby mall so I could have a different place to eat than the hotel's bar. Nice, clean, and quiet. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room rented was a single King with a pull-out sofa bed that seemed not be in use too often, so it turned out to be more comfortable than it looked. A bit pricey for us, paying full rate for a few hours of sleep (we got in at midnight, and checked out at 7:30 next morning), but then we were paying […] for the convenience of staying where the conference was held. Breakfast was not included - a minus - not even pastries or coffee. We paid for everything when we would've appreciated just free coffee. Overall, if you're looking for a nice clean hotel with free coffee - this is not it. If you don't mind spending a few dollars for a cookie - this is not it. On a up note, the commuter rail was a few minutes' walk away that you can take to go to Boston if you don't want to drive. We went there for the conference and left the same day, so did not partake that pleasure. "Great for couple's get away or for familly fun"
The hotel was great, from check in to the restaurants and rooms. I had 3 room reservations, one for my adult Son, one for my Mom and one for my husband and I. When I checked in I asked if I could leave two "goodie" bags with the receptionist, one for my Son and one for my Mom. She was so pleased and gracious about taking care of the extra task. The […] local mall (with free shuttle service) has many nice restaurants but we all chose to have lunch and dinner in the hotel. Wonderful menu, and well executed meals. The breakfast buffet was better than average as far as variety. We all had a wonderful long and restful weekend thanks to this hotel, right to the comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. "Pleasant Stay -"
I took my 2 daughters to a football game at Gillette Stadium, Pats vs Colts.The hotel was convenient and out of the way of the hustle & bustle surrounding the stadium. We took a cab to the game, exactly 20 min ride each way, not bad at all and $90 round trip. The hotel was very nice, clean, modern. The only negatives I experienced were the beds were […] pretty lumpy. I read a review before booking the room that mentioned old lumpy beds and thought, can't be that bad. But they were pretty lumpy. We slept ok, we were exhausted. The only other thing was, we had room 428 and there was an ice machine near our room that hummed and rumbled all day & nite. Before going to sleep I asked my daughters what the heck is that? and they did some recon and determined it was the ice machine. Overall though a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. The walls were very thin and we heard everything that the neighbors were saying. This woke us up at a very early time on our vacation. Also our peep hole in the room door was missing so they put a band aid there to replace it which I believe to be very unprofessional. "Not What I Expected"
The employees at the front desk were very friendly. However, the second night into my stay, the electric went out and the room was pitch black. Beings I was 4 states away from home and in an unfamiliar location, this was rather frightening to me. I was not sure what was going on. I called to report the outage and express my concerns and no one was considerate […] enough to come ensure me everything was okay nor brought me a flashlight or anything. I specifically told them "I am scared."Crazy things in this world happen, some reassurance would have been nice. The electric went out about 4 times after that. My room was cleaned 1 time within a 4 day stay. Apon arrival to my room, I was disappointed as the bed was sloppily made! Can't quite grasp why a sheet was made on top of the comforter. Makes me question whether they change the comforter or not. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Overall poor quality, but friendly service at the front desk. Was an uncomfortable stay for me and I sas relieved to leave. I was very excited to stay at a "Hilton" but have had better experiences with cheaper hotels. Lastly, I also paid for my room ahead of time, and they held $35 more each night I stayed when I checked in. That was not disclosed to me anywhere prior to my stay.
