"Boston trip"
Service was excellent. The front desk attendants were attentive and helpful. I was quite impressed by the diversity of staff members. They were pleasant and looked clean in their work attire. This was an excellent choice of hotel. I was quite impressed. Whenever I visit Boston, the Hilton will be my home away from home. I had a great stay. No complaints

Convenient location. Nice lobby. There was only 1 elevator working during my stay of 4 nights and it was a little inconvient to wait for elevator.

Convenient to Boston via 128/95 but the building has a cramped feel to it. Trying to find my room was a bit like venturing through a tunnel. The room itself was ok but smaller than similar chains at the same price. Nice but will be looking elsewhere next time.

"Sleepless in Hilton in Dedham..."
The walls must have been made of paper, or they neglected to do sound-proofing. We were kept awake for hours by the talking of parents/crying of children -- mind you, the talking was at a regular tone/level; they were in a room either above or next door. HOWEVER, the reception desk person was very kind and empathized with our complaints of lack of sleep.

"Nice hotel, spacious room"
Very nice room for a weekend stay with friends. It was right off the exit, so easy access to the highway to get back into the city. Breakfast had a surcharge, but parking was free. Small trade off.

The room smelled like cigarettes despite a "non-smoking" label. We ordered room service, waited nearly 90 minutes and when we called to ask where it was we were told the order had never been placed. The manager tried to make things right by offering us a complimentary breakfast, but we had a 7am flight and could it take advantage of that.

The hotel and breakfast buffet were great. It was 4th of July, packed house. Our neighbors were very loud, even after asking them to quiet down.

"Ok but not great...depends which room you get..."
The water in the shower/tub keep running. When I switched to the tub the noise was less bothersome. Definitely an issue since the tub faucet was corroded and the drain was rusty. Room was missing some lights, very dark, had to call housekeeping to get at least a desk lamp. Items were removed from the bathroom walls and the anchors were still there, most likely towel racks. When I got there I looked in the bathroom first, I travel for work quite a bit and always look there first. There were several hairs on the floor, in the sink and in the tub...not sure if they were housekeepings' Also I was staying with my kids and all that was done each day was that the towels were picked up and removed and the bed was made...other than that no housekeeping it appeared. Hotel was good overall but the room itself was not good overall, very unlike a Hilton.

"Nice hotel, but not easily accessible."
My husband and I spent two nights at this location. The facilities were nice, however they seemed to cater to businesses more so than individuals (or tourists). We did enjoy the cafe that is on location; not too overpriced. However, we did feel that the Starbucks that is located there was overpriced. We felt that though a continental breakfast was not offered, the rates at the Starbucks should have been less for those that were staying at the location.

"Quick stop in for the family"
Needed an one-night stay for the family while on vacation and found the hilton on Hotels.com. Easy and quick check in, very accomodating. They even came in to make up the sofa bed for us. Nice view out the beveled window of the trees. The pool was warm and spa was hot, kids had a great time swimming. The only complaint I would have is that the bathrooms for the pool closed earlier than the pool, so we had to go back to our rooms to use the bathroom after 8pm. Otherwise, great stay!

"Family friendly hotel close to downtown Boston"
My family stayed in this hotel 4 nights during our visit to Harvard and Boston, which are about 30 min. away. As soon as we got to the front desk, Jeff and Mr. Perry were very courteous and friendly. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the local area contributed to our family's wonderful experience of the local historical sites and dinning areas. We also, had breakfast at this hotel's buffet and the meals were made fresh and delicious. The staff were very accommodating and prepared special meals for my daughter. Special thanks to Kassandra and Constantine who provided excellent service during our dinning at the hotel and to Jeff and Mr. Perry for an excellent service.

"Good hotel"
It is a great hotel, what bothers me is that breakfast is not complimentary and it is expensive. Also, when I wanted information on how to get the train to Boston one of the attendants at the front desk acted like I was stupid by giving me a nasty look and talking like I should know whatever she was saying. Luckily there was a guy there who told her "you have to remember she's not from here" and was very helpful, gave all the instructions, a map and a schedule of the trains. It is a cheap option to be 30 minutes away from downtown Boston with a train station 7 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Train ride is $6,25.

"Great location for business travel"
booking through expedia was disappointing. I was booked in a room almost in the basement far away from anything other than the meeting rooms. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the vanity looked like it was going to fall off the wall.

"Bring only luggage with wheels."
The facility is large and very spread out. There were too few baggage carts, resulting in our having to carry or drag our bags a long distance. We are in our 70s. This was not nice. The hotel is just off a major road, which is good. There is nothing else around it, which is not good if you want any dining choices other than what the hotel offers. The facility includes a very nice health club, so the fitness offering is far superior to what most hotels offer.

"Nice alternative to not staying in the city"
This hotel feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, yet it's right off of the interstate and the train station is a five minute walk. The location was nice for attending a concert south in Mansfield (same could be said about going to a game at Foxboro) but also being able to take the train into Boston. As for the hotel itself, it might be slightly dated but was still plenty clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and room as spacious. The fridge was hidden in a cabinet, but it was nice to have. Front desk and concierge were all helpful. It was worth the cheaper rate to stay outside of Boston proper since the train was so convenient. There is also a large shopping center one exit away with several eating options.

"I stayed in better Hiltons"
I booked my room online and there was an error and I could not extend my stay for another day. The concierge shut me down and told me to go back online rather helping me out in anyway. I also paid for the complementary breakfast. Upon asking about it, I was told I needed vouchers which I did not receive. I was also booked in a basement floor room with a broken picture.

Breakfast at the Hilton in Denham was usually late. The restaurant delayed in opening and apparently had little regard for the schedule of guests. When I complained I received only -y a shrug of the shoulder.

"Not what I expected to experience for Hilton"
The room was not clean, pillow case and bed sheets had dirty stains, floor had nail clippings, floor also have partial bug bodies, toilet is uneven, shower head had no pressure for water, cob webs near window area, spider webs or dust hanging from ceiling. Decided not to make a big deal about it since the price I paid for, but seriously from Hilton I expected better not to be similar to motel six. To be funny as well, I didn't expect the famous name Hilton would be using 1000 sheet Scott tissue for toliet paper! Wasn't even the ultra soft Scott tissue. The concierge took a tab longer to check me in. Then middle of the night found out my key room does not work, so went to the front desk, oh man Hilton thought the room I was staying in was available for sale! What if I was taking a shower and some people checked in the same room I was staying at. Thank goodness I found out before Hilton can rent out the room for others! I booked for 2 night but couldn't stay another night, you can say I had a bad experience with Hilton. Mention to the concierge the room was not in the greatest, she gave me those eyes that immediate pronounce me dead! Not even ooh how come or show me what happen. Ended up her just saying oh you already stayed the night( translate to me that I made the messed and I was trying to blame Hilton).

"Nicest hotel in the area..."
This is one of the nicest hotel around the area, is lacking service since we had to carry own luggage to the room. Rooms have a nice size and neat/clean. It's just minutes away from Babson college and 30 min away from the city.

"Was this really a Hilton I experienced?"
I should have known my stay would not be good when my car found what felt like a huge pothole in the parking lot on my way in, which turned out to be a manhole with the asphalt built up about 5 inches on the sides and no markings to warn drivers. As I checked in, one of the girls behind the counter actually made fun of my name, because it sounds similar to another word. The bathroom in the room was still dirty as if it had not been cleaned well. Went to the restaurant and sat at the bar where the overpriced fish and chips was made with fish sticks. Then got to experience an arrogant bartender letting the guy next to me know that Chicago and New York sports fans are the most obnoxious, so being that I am from New York and used to live in Boston for almost 2 decades, I mentioned that I am a sports fan from New York and have been sitting there quietly. To which, he responded, "I just call a spade, a spade." So, I was insulted twice by the bartender during dinner at a hotel bar of a Hilton, unreal. To top it off, I am awoken in the morning by cleaning staff in the hallway. One tries to open my door and realizes I am still in the room, then opens the next door and I can hear the female in the next room yelling at the cleaner to close the door. I've stayed at a number of Hiltons (the LAX Hilton is Amazing) and travel to Boston often. I will not stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it as the staff was a far cry from that which I am used to when staying at a Hilton.

"Great hotel but staff could smile more"
Stayed here for two nights and found the hotel to be a very good facility: clean, well appointed, great room, comfortable bed. The work out facility was also excellent. My big complaint is the attitude of the staff: they weren't really rude, but not one person smiled or made me feel welcome - I've been traveling a lot lately and it just makes a difference between a pleasant stay and a forgettable one.

"Happy we found this hotel"
No complaints--check-in was quick and easy, parking was plentiful and free, the hotel is beautiful, room was spacious, attractively and comfortably furnished, very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The price was reasonable compared to some of the very high priced hotels in the Boston area.

"Hilton Dedham"
The hotel was great...the rooms were a bit small and the beds were small for two people to sleep in, but they provided us for a roll away bed that was great. I probably should have booked two rooms.

"Two meeting rooms do not make a hotel room..."
My room was actually two small hotel meeting rooms they made into one overly large hotel room. It would be great if you were traveling with a family as it had a nice seating area. Unfortunately the doors to the room were not like a standard hotel room and it was very loud in the hallway and then loud in the room. Also, the closet doors didn't fit properly and were broken rendering the closet useless. Because of the odd layout of the room, the bathroom shower was pretty bad because there was an area about 1 1/2 feet long past the end of the standard shower / tub made for hotels and thus the shower curtain didn't go all the way to the end of this area and that let all the cold air in while you were showering - which wouldn't have been the worst thing - but the water pressure was pretty bad - which I would imagine is because the room wasn't designed as a standard hotel room. The parking garage was also not so great and some of the stairs were crumbling and there was no elevator.

"The Oasis."
I was there for my brother's wedding. All of the staff made me feel welcomed. A few of the staff members addled me where I am from and seemed genuinely curious. I engaged them in conversation and though they were working, the flow of it felt like being with friends. My room had only a few things I was not impressed with. There was hair on the sink and in the tub. My room however was nice. The ironing board was bent out of form and there was no outlet near to plug my phone to unless I unplugged the clock or lamp. My overall experience was good. The tub had a constant leak so I asked for someone to check it and almost as quickly as I asked, the maintenance man was at the door. The reason I gave a gig rating is truly because of the beautiful layout of the hotel and the wonderful staff. I will be going back again and would recommend others to stay at that location.

"Nice Hotel , 20 minutes to Boston"
Very nice and clean. We stayed here overnight to move my daughter out of her dorm at Northeastern. It was a 20 minute ride which was a bit too far but considering it was only 1 night it worked out well . Rate was $100 cheaper than the hotels in Boston with free parking and Wi-Fi which are not offered in those hotels.

"Quick overnight stay"
Quick business trip so I was not able to enjoy the hotel but for the evening. Very nice staff. Room was fine, but lighting in bathroom was not adequate for make up application.
