This was our second stay and it is right off I-84 and you can not find a better stay for the money (in my opinion). We have two kids and the indoor pool, hot tub, and continental breakfast were all excellent. Room quality was good. No microwave or fridge. Would definitely stay again.

I stopped in Ontario during a frigid January eve [-9] while on a biz trip. My accomodations were excellent and the service was friendly as well. This hotel is extremely well cared for and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when the temperatures improve, of course....

I travel for business quite often. On this stay I was placed in a ground floor room next to the pool on a Saturday night. The rooms around mine filled with unsupervised children and it turned into a zoo. After several attempts by desk staff to calm the riot failed, I asked for another room. The hotel room was nice for the cost. The girl at the desk was not very friendly and mumbled when she spoke. There was just a shower ( a bathtub would be my preference). I took a shower at 4:30 a.m. ~ there was hot water although not enough to take a long shower. By the time my husband took his at 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. there was none. We were also awakened […] at 3:00 a.m. by a hotel representative telling us that the tv was too loud. The tv was at a normal level when we went to sleep however an info-commercial was on and it was slightly loud but not extremely so. We were very surprised when we arrived in Ontario as we expected a standard overnight type place that would be just ok. At least this Sleep Inn was very very clean (nice smell when one comes into the lobby) and the rooms were the same. The family enjoyed the breakfast served the next morning. The only thing I can say is that the mattresses were a bit […] on the soft side for my taste but this is a personal preference that many would not be bothered by. The location to restaurants is excellent and easy on and off from the Interstate. Would recommend highly if you are looking for a good overnight place!! Read more

I thought it was a great value considering it had breakfast and an indoor pool which are two must haves for our family. The only thing lacking in this hotel, to me, was the older style decor of the room. But I'd rather pay less than stay in a more modern hotel with the same amenities.

I carry a black light with me and there were stains all over the comforter. At least the sheets were cleaned. I also had to use Lysol wipes on the remove and all switches to the light figures and they were nasty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...sorry. p.s. the breakfast was a joke!

The online room amenities included a microwave and refrigerator which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. When we checked in, we were told only suites included a microwave and refrigerator. Other than that, our stay was satisfactory

We requested this hotel because it said it was dog friendly needless to say they were not . I was even asked to bring my pet in the back door and not in the lobby , keep in mind my dog is very well mannered , and on voice command . There was no dog treats offered . My room was ok the pool and hot tub were a bit run down but I guess that is expected […] when it is well used . I guess you get what you pay for . We were traveling from Seattle and needed a place to stop for the night. The Sleep Inn was perfect. Very nice breafast also - very quiet. I would be a great place to stay if you wanted to explore the surrounding area also; but for a sleep over spot it was wonderful.

They were doing some renovating in the lobby and stairs so it should look better soon. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, muffins, cereal, and lots of other things. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a relatively new hotel but the carpets were stained, there are no places in the shower to set your shampoo bottle and the shower door leaked onto the floor--it won't be usable much longer.
