Good location near stores and restaurants. Paper-thin walls. You could hear every conversation of the smokers out on the stairway as well as the guy upstairs that walked around his room and laughed like a hyena till 4am. This place must be cash strapped. I noticed that there was no shampoo in the room as I had forgot mine. A call to the front desk informed […] me that they no longer offer that product at all. I had to walk down to the nearest store and buy some there. Rates were comparable to better equipped/maintained hotels. Won't be staying there again. Read more

It was convenient for our purposes and close to eating places . . . but I was surprised that there was no radio/alarm clock in the room . . . especially since our room rate was the highest we have encountered in a Motel 6!!

Advertised Wi Fi and it was not operating. We were told "someone was supposed to come and fix it" but the clerk did not call a manager to get an make sure it was being attended to. We were given the same info from the morning clerk and were given the same answer. We finally asked if there were a Wifi hotspot nearby and were told to go to a Starbucks. […] We chose this motel partly based on a need for internet access that night to complete some pending financial business. The curtain rod in the shower had been ripped out of the wall and replaced at a downward facing angle which kept the shower curtain from closing on the ends. Read more

While waiting to check in (there was someone ahead of me) the counter person took a phone call from someone who wanted to make a reservation. The woman took a good deal of time dealing with the reservation until she finished and finally decided to check me in. She had no apology for her actions, even when I pointed out that I was there before the call […] came in. She did not understand how rude she was. I was behind schedule, but she still believed I should be held up instead of the person who called in. I will not go back to that place. Read more

The hotel service was bad. They didnt help me in the morning when i had to make calls, kinda rude (manager). Except that the room are pretty simple, no coffee machine and no small fridge.

The towels in the bathroom were either stained or just dirty. They had black stuff on them. Made me a bit concerned about the sheets. The service was acceptable and the fact that the whole place had security cameras made me feel a bit better.

Overall, very satisfied. Some children were noisy above us, i called the desk and she must have called that room. They were quiet after. I suspect they were jumping on the beds.
