I have stayed there before but this time we had a few issues. The continental breakfast was not as good. We also had to change one of my rooms because the room stunk and at first they acted like they didn't believe us. After that we had no problems. The rate of room was good though.

Rooms have been updated and looked nice. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. However, even though this is a non-smoking hotel, the previous guests didn't get the memo and we felt like we were sleeping in the middle of an ashtray. Other than the smell issue, it was a good stay.

The hotel room looked as if it had recently had some remodeling of walls, and carpeting done. The stay was ok for one night. Even though we requested a non smoking room the smell was evident that it was smoked in. However the worst smell came I. Through the bathroom as if it was coming from the room upstairs. We ran the air conditioner all night despite the cold outside. The room was warm and humid. There was no parking spot available near our […] room. The upstairs room appeared to be having a party or get together so it was noisy, smoky, and drunken. The beds were comfortable however, room was for the most part ran except he microwave had food splatter. I will spend the extra 20 dollars next time for the holiday inn. We stopped for a quick overnight stay in route to Flordia. The Motel is older and shows somewhat on the building itself however the rooms are very clean. The furniture and bedding was new and pillows were new and comfortable which is a big deal to us. It was a great location if you want to visit downtown Chattanooga. Stay was very nice overall. Took the family up to Chattanooga for just a night and this was a great place for the night. Staff was very nice and courteous. room was more than adequate. Breakfast was lacking but certainly acceptable for the rate. Clean indoor pool. Check out Meo Mio restaurant just down the street, great food and fair prices.

It was just okay...outdated, more like a motel than a hotel. Pool was very small and you had to walk outside to get to it. Not a good option for small children when the temperature is below freezing. Brrrrr!
