This hotel is fair. The condition of the room needed repair. The ceiling had a hole in it that had been caused by damage from above and it had not been cleaned up. Owners seemed not to care. it is in a good location and a nice area. Could use some tender loving care.

Hotel was clean and great price. Location was ok if you had planned to do things around the mountain. Most of our attractions that were planned were downtown. So we did have to do alittle driving. Not far about 5-10 minutes, but the price of the hotel and condition made it worth it. Right off the highway.

I took a trip to Chattanooga, solo, just for a quick "I need to get outta here" weekend. Since I didn't have much money, nor did I want to stay in the city, it was perfect for me. The room was clean-- the mattress was a bit soft, though. It didn't smell funny, and the hot water ran long enough to accommodate a long shower. It is a "front loading" hotel (meaning you get to your room directly from the street) which isn't something that I was looking forward to, but the neighbor's kids weren't too unruly. If I feel like I need to get away again, I'd stay there. Oh, and another benefit is that its a stone's throw from Ruby Falls, Raccoon Mountain, Rock City and Point Park. And Cracker Barrel is right around the corner!

The room and hotel overall were ok. The beds however were old, saggy, and uncomfortable. Both beds in our room were visibly bowed in the middle. The mattresses were very thin and low to the ground. The breakfast basically consisted of 2 types of cold cereal, 2 types of bread, 2 types of juice, coffee, and instant oatmeal. But considering the price we paid, I can't complain about that too much. However, next time I'm in the area, I'll pay a little extra to stay in a nicer hotel with a bed that has been purchased within the past 20 years. The lady at the front counter was very nice I have to say.

Get what you pay for, but room was NOT clean, and facut was leaking in the shower, hot water dripping on your toes = NOT COOL. Plus, since it was leaking, there was no water pressure. Would not recommend if you are actually going to stay in the room more than just to sleep.

I guess for the price, it's OK. However, I don't know maybe because I booked through Hotel.com for a low price special, I have a room with a balcony view of nothing. I can only see the roof of the swimming pool and walls. That was kind of disappointing. There wasn't a good restaurant inside of the hotel. That was a diappointment too. Over all it's ok place for the price. But I would prefer to stay somehwhere else if I visit Gatlinburg again.

The hotel also has broadband internet services not dial up which was nice. The room was very nice and clean but when I turned down the sheets on my bed, I found stains. This was not just a stain on one sheet, it was on the blanket and both sheets, almost like they never had been changed. They did give us new sheets but never came back to pick up the nasty blankets and sheets.

Ok overall it was a nice hotel. Getting in and out of the hotel was rough and parking was a NIGHTMARE! The biggest disappointment was the "indoor pool". If you have small children under the age of 10 the "pool" would be fine. But with teenagers it was a let down. The deepest part was 5 foot but if you stand over 5' you may get 2 strokes and you are on the other side! But overall as i said it was a pretty nice place. The beds were so comfortable. It was just off the hwy far enough to be quiet and just close enough to not take long to get any place you need to go.

This hotel is just what you would expect for the cheap cheap price you pay. I was willing to put up with the condition of the hotel for two nights as we were trying to save as much money as we could and it was the cheapest place that I found. You definitely get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable enough. The floor was nasty, my baby dropped his sippy cup and when I picked it up it had a privates hair on it! Disgusting! They obviously don't vacuum very well. But if you have ever read anything about hotel floors you would never walk barefoot on them ever again, and we don't. Their continental breakfast consisted of doughnuts, bread slices, small bagels, cereal and oatmeal. Drinks were coffee, hot tea, milk and apple juice. The dining area is the hotel lobby which is about 20' wide x 7' deep, very narrow and only four small round tables with seating for two at each. The indoor pool is fine, just small at 15' round. It also says that pets are allowed but there is no place to take your dog to potty except for next door at the Waffle House. We were at the opposite end of the hotel so I had to walk my dog all the way across the parking lot to let her go. The hotel is on the side of a steep hill so there are concrete retaining walls on each side except for the Waffle House side. Also, the entrance/exit to the hotel is so steep you really have to angle your car so you don't scrape the front bumper underneath when leaving. We learned this the hard way the first time we left the parking lot, we didn't angle enough, we scraped hard and I have a minivan. Someone with a low car would not be able to exit easily.

This was a nice hotel. Our room was clean and we had a frig and microwave which was unexpected for the price. The only problem we had was that the heat did not have a thermostat, so I had to get up in the middle of the night and turn it on, and then get up again to turn it off. The rooms open to the exterior of the hotel. Our room was located at the rear of the building, so we had to walk around to the front for the continental breakfast. However, I was pleased with our stay for the price we paid and I would recommend this hotel.
