The customer service was HORRIBLE and the hotel was outdated. We have stayed at some nice Holiday Inn Express locations. This one was disappointing.

I was very pleased with the hotel. We went a night to attend Holiday in The Park at Six Flags and the location was not far from there. I would definately book again in the near future! Breakfast buffet was a plus and was free and there was plenty to choose from!

This hotel was older but really nice. Very nice room and very clean. Good rates and great convenient location, especially if you had to fly in or out of Dallas. Front desk staff was courteous as well. Would recommend to a friend, and would definitely stay there again.

I have recently stayed at an Holiday Inn express and i was well pleased with my room and stay. So therefore it cause me to naturally try another one. This hotel is very outdated, the only modern thing about hotel is the sign outside and the lobby which will decieve you into believing your room will look the same. The pool suxx is very small and overtreated with chlorine. You could smell it before you even got to it. No towels ready either.I read the reviews and decided it couldnt be all that bad. This was listed as a 3 star hotel. Its maybe a 2 star. The rooms are dated and the overall feel of this hotel is somewhat creepy. The breakfast was awful and the fitness center had 15 year old cheap equipment. I had this booked for 2 nights for myself and 2 small children, bailed out after the first night.

The pool area needed to be swept and the pool need to be cleaned, the water seemed very milky in color. The only reason this hotel got marked down was for the poor A/C unit. At it's lowest setting the room only got down to a balmy 78 degrees... Not good with many kids in the middle of the summer! We called the front desk and they offered to move us, which would have been great but two of our kids were asleep and weren't feeling good. if you are using the airport, this hotel is very close. ALso, it was very close to shopping, i.e., Grapevine Mills. Probably not the most modern hotel but well enough kept and they allowed us to have an hour later check out so that we could check out after worship services on Sunday and not rush or stress.

Have stayed in the hotel twice and will stay again when I come to races at TMS. Room are large, easy to get around without steppping over furniture. Easy to get from race track to hotel and back. The food at morning breakfast is very good.
