The room was clean the beds were okay, not real comfy but not horrible either. I'm use to sleeping on a firm mattress and this one was soft. And my boys loved the indoor pool. The only issue we had was trying to get on the wireless internet and one of the key cards didn't work to open the door, so I took it back to the front desk to have it reset. She […] gives me 2 more and tells me that the other that DOES open our door will no longer work and to bring it back to her. So now I have 2 new key cards and guess what, one of them do not work. For the type of hotel this is, it is very nicely maintained. A little hard to navigate to the first time, but once you have it down, it's easy. Overall, I'd stay here again. This Comfort Inn was very convenient to our family gathering. We mostly appreciated the manager's courteous attention to our needs. He went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable and well-situated room with extra amenities. We have stayed here for the past 4 years and will choose the Comfort Inn Ozark again.

The overall stay was fine. We were there visiting family, so didn't spend much time there. But everyone on staff was great. We has adjoining rooms with our adult kids & grand baby. They accommodated us even with a crib! Which was great since we forgot one! We found the hotel to be clean and the staff courteous. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast, including fruit, cold cereals, rolls/donuts/bagels/toast, buscuits & gravy and the ever popular waffles. Of course coffee, tea and juice were available. If there was a negative, it was the absence of an elevator to get us and our luggage upstairs.

Many complained about smoke smell - there was none, and I'm very sensitive to that. Some complained about the staff having a difficult to understand accent - the staff spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Pretty standard room. Did seem clean. Microwave ended up not working. Hot tub was a little too hot - i think a couple degrees over the normal limit of 102. Pretty standard continental breakfast. They did seem a little eager to remove it before it was quite time.
