The hotel employee who was at the front dek for our check in was awesome. He made us feel at home and even gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. He made the stay very enjoyable. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

We were quite surprised, because we have stayed in Best Western Motels before and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and comfortable surroundings, bed, bathroom, smell etc. We were prepared just in case we had to complain in order to get a restful night's sleep-thankfully all we could say was aweeeee! The staff was very courteous, the room was very clean and had a great smell, that bath was just what we needed. Thank you Hartwell - please continue this thoughtfulness and attention to details.

So for the cost, you get a nice room, but eggs and toast are not included. Cost was not much but actually if i knew it cost money i would have went someplace else. There was bacon, […] sausage, some stuff that i guess was grits, it's a southern thing, and home fries. No eggs, i asked and they said we cook them to you liking. I asked for scambled. Great hotel, nice breakfast and bar areas. We did have a problem with tiny ants in the bathroom. Other than that it was a nice, new property and I would recommend it. Another down side is they have smoking rooms - who does that anymore!! I would hate to get stuck with one of those rooms.
