Poor1.0 / 5
Not thrilled.
Overpriced room. We arrived and were shoved into a compact elevator w/a luggage cart filled to the top and 5 people. The room was clean enough, but poor quality and had spackle repair job on the wall. There was a makeshift closet. There was only one accessible outlet for charging. The carpet was like an indoor/outdoor type. The room looked NOTHING like the picture. We spent little time there. The TV was difficult to use and the internet kept going in and out. This made it difficult to navigate for us, b/c we don't know the city well and tried to plan the following day with online maps. I will not return to the heavy doors and confusing hallways. The breakfast was depleted, and we had to have our oatmeal in a paper cup. The coffee was instant and I was truly disappointed.

Overall it was a good experience. It was a one night romantic stay-cation and the space served its purpose. It was small but cozy. Very close to amazing food. I however, was very alarmed when my significant other told me he walked in the hotel circled the lobby with staff at the desk and with no questions asked. I did advise the front desk staff he would be arriving after me and provided his information. Doesn't necessarily make me feel safe in your establishment and should be looked into.

Excellent stay! Friendly front desk staff, especially Armando. The room is very clean and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel is close to subway stations, restaurants and shopping areas. We'll definitely stay here again!

Not what it looked like from the pictures
While the location of this hotel is great as it is right in K-Town near Times Square and Penn Station it really did not have much for amenities. The pictures on the website did not reflect the room itself, which was dark, loud (due to the room AC), and no windows. While this is a hotel it also required payment for luggage storage when I dropped off my bags before the room was ready. It is not much money, but expect more from a hotel. The one nice thing for my room was the bathroom, which was pretty modern and the shower was really good. Overall, was very disappointed in the room based on the price and expectations. Would not stay here again.
