Hotel looks very good on the surface, but maintenance issues are starting to show it's age (painted bathtub peeling, staining in toilet, peeling vanity and wallpaper). Also, hallway noise was very loud. Staff was friendly and helpful and beds were very comfortable.

I booked 4 rooms for Syracuse U. graduation weekend. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We were a large group and we could gather in the restaurant area during the day which always had some sort of snack or coffee or tea. It was very comfortable. I would very much endorse this hotel.

It was really one of the nicer places I have stayed. It is convenient to 90 and 81 and the room was very nice and clean. Felt to be more expensive than the actual cost for it. The breakfast was uninspiring, but so are all of them that have the food prepared elsewhere. The restaurant up the street was excellent.

The hotel was definitely middle-of-the-road. If you are looking for something cheap yet clean, this is for you. The breakfast was only fair. One day they didn't even have bagels. One flavor of yogurt, at best. I had to ask for toilet paper once. It was clean but old with nothing to complain about and nothing to praise.

if you're like me and don't particularly care about whether or not the hotel has a gym or a pool (it has both, but i didn't use them) and really just need a neat, clean, comfy place to crash and decompress after or between meetings, this place is pretty awesome. super nice, accommodating staff is a plus.

There was plenty of room in the bathroom and great lighting. The pillows and beds were one of the most comfortable even though I didn't get any sleep due to a noisy heater and loud neighbors (teenagers). Pleanty of breakfest food. Overall, well worth the money and I would stay again.

Hotel was clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing i didn't like was that the pillows were too soft. I did not like the morning's free breakfast. The juice machine was out of order and the food was not good. But overall the stay was good and If I'm ever in the area again I will probably stay there again.

The real problem was mold on the tile, loose toilet bowl. After a busy weekend items were missing at breakfast. Also no sand was on the slippery sidewalks.Hotel was just acquired from the Hampton chain pillows were a little flat bed was good.

Room was generally pleasant, although the heat cycling on and off was noisy. Also, noise in the halls at night. Breakfast provided many choices. Overall, very pleased, certainly good value for the money.

I really enjoyed my stay for two nights at this Baymont. I especially appreciated the enthusiasm of the afternoon front desk person. She was a great first experience. Breakfast was fine, but repetitious. The duvet and sheets seemed a bit small for the bed.

Easy stop off 90 if you're passing through. Hotel staff was nice & checking in and out was easy. Free parking and breakfast included were a plus. Small gym (1 elliptical and 1 broken treadmill) had what I needed. Room was clean & comfortable.

This place is just your basic room. The place has nothing much to offer by way of amenities. Breakfast is lame. Would be a good two star hotel at $45/nt. at $75/nt it is not your best choice.

The first thing comes to mind...you get what you pay for. It was convenient but I found the accommodations a little less than what I expected based on the rating. We arrived rather late, thus we were rather tired. Upon entering the FIRST room, we noticed a damp musty smell. When my husband reported this at the front desk, they did change our room. The second room was a little better (no smell) and the toilet seat was secure but the carpet looked like it could use much cleaning. Nice for the price. Would stay again if price stays the same. Used to be more pricy when it was another chain.
