Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was great. Only one bad thing I can say is that the elevator made noise and we had the room next to it so we could hear it going up and down all night. We would stay here again, just not this room. Great little bar next door and great food !!

Reasonably priced. Good for the family. They found a pack and play for us. The breakfast is what you might find at most budget hotels. I stick to oatmeal bagels toast cereal and of course coffee.

The comforters are really lumpy. Also I had to argue with the desk clerk about a price that I had been quoted by another staff person. He was quite unfriendly and annoyed by having to do more paperwork.

Two potential improvements would kick my overall rating to a 5: improved wifi in the guest rooms - we often had to either go to the hallway or down to the lobby to have a connection that didn't drop; and, I know this is picky, but maybe a few more options at breakfast. Overall, quite pleased, though.

The location of this hotel is great. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do including the city. As far as the room goes though it was not very clean. The bathroom had spots that you could tell just hadn't been cleaned well. The beds were very small and the comforters were lumpy.

The room was nice and comfortable... free wifi and free breakfast which most top star hotels don't provide... parking was free too... i stayed in hilton a day before and didn't feel much of a room difference...

For the $$ this is a GREAT value. The pool isn't actually in this hotel, but you have access to a very nice pool and rec area in the Holiday Inn that is right next door. The breakfast isn't much, but it isn't bad either. Just expect cold things: cereal, toast, donuts...

It was great! The personnel were very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is so clean !! No complaints at all! Except maybe the TV....not very many free channels (normal TV channels) to watch. Otherwise we loved it. Will definetely recommend and go back ourselves

Good value, nice clean hotel. Breakfast was standard, nothing amazing, nothing to complain. Convenience location to Target, Walmart, and grocery store etc. also only 10 min to Midway. We can use a pool and laundry at the Holiday Inn next door which own by the same people.

The bed in our room must have been an old one. My wife and I kept rolling to the center of the bed. Thank goodness we had a double bed room. We slept on separate beds. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. TV was an old picture tube type and showed it's age. Plenty of hot water for a long shower or bath. Travelling to and working in Bridgeview, this was reasonably close and had acceptable ratings. The hotel is clean and well kept, staff is friendly, and I can recommend staying here. Their internet connection is terrible – very high ping times, lots of disconnections, etc. I couldn’t do any work from anywhere in the hotel, instead driving a few miles […] to the Hodgkins library. Their breakfast is enough to get a small bite, but nothing to write home about or look forward to. If you’ve got kids, they have a variety of cereal boxes, milk, yogurt, doughnuts, some form of a hot breakfast (egg disks, sausage disks, or a breakfast burrito) and some fruit. You can use a pool at the nearby Holiday Inn and they do have a fitness center. ** IF YOU STAY HERE FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS, GET MULTIPLE KEYS ** - their keys lose their magnetic stripe’s programming after just a few uses. It is a global problem they are aware of and not an issue if you have multiple keys. My 3rd time requesting a new key, after waiting 10 minutes for other guests to check in I got 2 of them. I booked this hotel for a quick business trip for me and two colleagues. Overall, this was a great place. I was nervous to book a hotel because I wasn't sure what kind of neighborhood it was in (I'm from Wisconsin) and I needed it to be close to our first meeting in the morning. The place was clean, comfortable, in a decent neighborhood, and close to […] our meeting location. The breakfast in the morning was better than just a few pieces of toast - great selection of pasteries, bagels, cereals, and also eggs and sausage. The only problems we had were that the key cards both of my colleagues received did not initially open their rooms - they had to go back to the front desk.
