Dreadful environment, dreadful hotel. We just paid and walked out.

I stayed at the hotel 6 nights. It's practical to take the tram into Geneva, just a 10 minute walk to the tram stop from the hotel. There was free internet connection in the room, but it didn't didn't work very well: the connection was always poor.

Location is great with a 3 minute walk to a tram that takes you right into Geneva. Very affordable (even if you book day of) and the rooms are Very clean. I would recommend it.

I booked the hotel thinking that it is in Switzerland as illustrated on the website as it is in Switzerland!!! In the fact it is in France. You have to take your passport all the time with you as you will pass the customs daily going to Geneva. The another thing is about the hotel itself, there is no airconditioning and it was very hot. It is difficult to sleep in that hot! However regarding to the cleanliness of the room, it is clean and is cleaned well during guest staying. Additionally, it is closed to Geneva, less than15 minutes driving.

This hotel is quite possible the worst place I ever stayed. The location is terrible- on a main road surrounded by discount sex shops, noisy, rooms are hostel quality, unclean (stained floors, hair on pillows) and the reception staff are incompetent.

Présenté comme u 3* c'est un 2* Propreté douteuse Petit déjeuner au prix du NOVOTEL ... mais rien à voir ! Le prix cependant reste raisonable

Hotel was super-clean, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable (also the sofa bed). Only 5 minutes walk from the customs, where you can get the tram to geneva centre. Definetely a very great value for money.

Arrivée au même moment qu' un groupe d'anglais une seule personne à l'accueil, elle s'absente les accompagne, on peut regretter l'absence d'une seconde personne à l'accueil un samedi. Sinon personnel charmant, bel espace, bien aménagé juste un peu bruyant avec la route de Genève (beaucoup de circulation). Sinon nombreux espaces pour stationner dans l'ensemble très agréable emplacement proche des commodités supermarchés, tabac, boulangerie à 50 mètres.

le prix du petit déjeuner est trop élever

Tout a été très bien sauf le fait qu'il existe encore des chambres fumeurs!!! C'était une des conditions avec 2 enfants en bas age d'avoir une chambre non-fumeur!! L'hôtel en plus n'avait pas l'air complet!!

à 400m du tramway menant à Genève, hôtel fonctionnel, propre, permettant les repas (kitchenette) dans un véritable petit appartement. Pas de charme particulier mais bien pratique avec un prix décent.

Having read others comments, we brought teatowels etc. for the kitchen part, so no problem. Got a side room not facing the street, so noise not a problem. Rooms clean, comfortable and basic. Cleaning done nicely while we were away in town. Shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby. 300 meters to border and trams 12 and 16 to Geneva centre, most convenient. We would stay here again. Parents and son from Brazil/Denmark. Good value for money. Staff kind and helpful.

We had a nice stay at the hotel, but had some truble finding it. It is one hour by taxi from the airport and approx. the same with train and tram. We miss a good description on how to get to the hotel by public transport.

ottima accoglienza, camere belle e spaziose, pulite. il prezzo ragionevole considerando la vicinanza alla citta'.

Prima hotel, ziet er allemaal netjes uit, douchekop van badkamer was stuk, die kon je niet goed ophangen, waardoor we niet lekker konden douchen dat was wel erg jammer. Verder prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding voor Geneve en omstreken. 5 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel gaat een tram naar geneve, ongeveer 15 minuten tot het centrum.

Nicht schlecht, aber ich hab mehr ewartet

Die Fassade des Hotels täuscht: Die grösse und den Komfort des Zimmer hat uns überrascht, die Kochgelegenheit haben wir sehr geschätzt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Verhältnis Preis/Angebot des Zimmers ist gut, dasjenige der Morgenessen ist zu teuer.

Hartelijke ontvangst, prima faciliteiten, lopend binnen tien minuten aan de Zwitserse grens. volledige individuele vrijheid. Een mooie uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan het best wel dure Zwitserland.
