I was quite impressed by this hotel--it's location, ease of access, cleanliness, and amenities. I was not as impressed with the breakfast meal as they ran out of food around 8:45 am.

I should have paid the $10 more and stayed at the Hampton. It was fabulous. This Comfort Inn has no convenient ramp over the curb to roll suitcases, the front lobby doors are not auto open, the drain plug in the shower was broken, and the floor length curtains completely covered the air conditioner when closed. I will never stay here again.

I have only great things to say about my stay. Wonderful friendly staff that gave me free beer and popcorn. Then the next morning had a wonderful breakfast with eggs and sausage. Great bed, clean room. Will stay again when checking out the zoo in the summer.

We stayed here to visit the Petty Museum in Randleman. The property is rundown and beat up. Breakfast lounge seats about ten people so the included breakfast buffet was not an option due to a mob scene, went to the local Huddle House instead. Had to walk through the smoking floor to get to our non-smoking room. Road construction had my GPS in fits to […] try and get to Randleman. Won't be recommending this property. Did not match the reviews we read on expedia.com. I would never give this hotel a rating of 4. The room smelled horrible along with all the lobbies and hallways. All bed linens had burn holes in them which gave us a gross feeling. Just nasty. They didn't have any cribs or roll-aways when I got there (which was late so understandable) but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good although it was busy. Asian buffet restaurant is right next door which is convenient. 5 minutes from the Zoo. Overall, it is a little pricey for what it is but the accomodations were very good.

While checking in they had put us on the 2nd floor but with two small children and no elevator we requested to be moved to the 1st and they did so. Breakfest was very good. the staff was very helpful in every way. Very good location. Pool big enough to cool off after a long hot day.

Wasn't sure how nice the hotel would be when we pulled into parking lot but when we entered the lobby it looked like a whole different place. The staff was very nice and the room was very up to date and comfortable. The hotel was very quite even with a lot of business. Slept very well and would stay here again if ever in this area.

We were disappointed. Our door was not level and had to be slammed to close. We let the front desk know, twice, and nothing improved during the four days we were there. The towel hamper was left in the lobby for 48 hours. The room was clean, and the breafast coordinator was a gem!

The two ladies we dealt with at the front desk were very courteous and very helpful. The continental breakfast was good and it's nice to have the opportunity to make fresh waffles. Coffee was great! Would definitely recommend this motel to anyone.

The room we had was nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great, shower was great. The only thing that wasn't very good was the swimming pool. It needed water added to it and was really dirty. It actually grossed me out so much I wouldn't swim in it. But, if you don't plan to swim, then the hotel is good.

We got a non-smoking room, but guests smoked in the hall, and right outside the hotel, and the room/hallway smelled like smoke. Staff would walk right by them smoking in the hall, and say nothing. Pool had a "slimy" bottom. Room was nice, great service for towels, and help with re-keying our cards. My only complaints are that the towels smelled like they were washed in dirty water and the ladies at the front desk watched movies in the lobby with offensive content one night while we were using the lobby to play games.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I knew that it would be good because of the reviews, but I can say that it was good. I mean I think it is like 2.5 stars, but it should be 3.5. the room was clean, the front desk was nice and the breakfast was good. It was close to all the sites as well.
