This hotel was just like the photos online. What a relief to finally have honest hoteliers! The rooms were actually suite style and gorgeous! Very comfortable beds and furnishings. The bathrooms were tiny, but comfortable, and they fulfilled their purpose. What a great value! I will recommend this hotel chain to everyone I can.

This was my first stay at a Hyatt Hotel, my husband's second. He told me I would like it and I did! I loved how the room was set up--very spacious. I am picky about cleanliness and I was very satisfied staying here.

Great for a family of 5. Room was big. Frig was an added bonus. Big screen TV could be seen from the sleeper sofa as well as the 2 double beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with very fresh fruit.

Hotel is a little difficult to locate tucked i9n behind another hotel. Staff was helpful. Room was very nice. Large. Breakfast was pretty typical and could have been better presented. Overall, very good value for the money

When my children walked into the suite, they said, "Wow!" We travel together alot and have stayed in nice hotels before, so that's enough to convince me. We had a great stay.

but mattresses were REALLY uncomfortable: which was a bit of a surprise considering that the hotel appeared fairly new! Huge flat screen TV's that rotate so you can see it from either the couch in the living area (which is a huge sectional!)is a nice feature as are the sink and mini-fridge...but where was the microwave? Air conditioner is right beside the bed and is noisy. Not to mention freezing for whomever gets stuck on that side of the bed! Featured "continental breakfast" is a joke! Bagels, cereal and juice are all you get and that's IF you get down there early enough! We had the unfortunate timing to be staying during a soccer teams stay and by the time we got down there, all that was left of the "breakfast" was raisin bran! You would think that whomever orders for the hotel would have accounted for the influx of 20 or so hungry boys?? Location was pretty central, but not a lot in and around the hotel, so be prepared for a drive. Noticed a PF Changs in the small mall close to the hotel though!

Clean, Comfortable beds, Great Rooms. Only a few bath towels in room, no lotion. Don't drink the coffee if you have a long drive. It will make your bowels loose. Don't expect much of for a continental breakfast. two thumbs down. No jacuzzi. Pool was nice, however. Several of desk staff very friendly and courteous. I really like that. Other members of staff appeared to avoid helping guests or even working. Very unproffessional. If the price were low again I would stay.

2 months in advance, I selected"limited time offer" 2 dbl bed and queen sleeping sofa, we had 5 people coming. GOt to hotel, and was given 1 dbl and a sleeper sofa. i went back down and told them I had gotten the wrong room, that's not what I had reserved. They said other things come up. IF that's what I RESERVED FOR LIMITED TIME, why is it not waiting for me, already paid for???. Within in the next few minutes, they seemed to have me a room. Great room finally ,great price. Thats why I booked it in the first place. After that service was great.

We had a great stay! The room was comfotable and well appointed for an overnight stay as we traveled through Georgia. Plenty of room for each of our two kids to have their own bed. Our room had two beds with a sleeper sofa. The front desk staff was very cordial.

The large HD Flat screen T.V. was a nice extra. If I'm in the area again I would book here again.

My stay at the Hyatt Place was marvelous. Everything was nice and the staff was excellent. I will definitely be using the chain more in the future.

the hotel was a great value and i loved the decor of the lobby and the room...the shower was great, tv...too...also enjoyed relaxing on the sectional...will definately be bac

Everyone was very polite and well informed.I expected the room to be top notch, but you never know what to expect from the staff. I was very happy.

"Okay hotel"

I stayed in the Hyatt because i was down for the Nascar race. I was very upset with the service I received during my visit. On checking in, I was informed by the rude lady that the bedding perferences that I reserved was not available and I would have to settle for a two double bed room. Upon asking if any queen were available she abruptly said "I told you that the only thing that is available is a room with 2 full beds. On entering the room, the apperence was nice but the bathroom very small with no vent fan. The beds were very uncomfortable. The following morning while I was down in the lobby eating breakfast, something was wrong with the lights as they kept coming on and going off. I was never treated like I was a guest and everyone except for the lady at the desk when i checked out was very rude. I will never stay at they hotel again.

We visited this hotel for a little weekend get away. The room was very nice. The only recommendation is to increse the kids TV programming (needs Disney Channel or Nickelodeon). Otherwise a GREAT place for the money.
