We liked the hotel we useually stay here if we can afford the rooms and there is space. We do wish that the pool was open a little later I have a medical condion where my hips and legs after a long right the hot tub could have really been useful we arrived late to check in so we ate dinner and then checked into the hotel and it was 5 of 11pm and she said she wouldnt allow us into use the hot tub for just a half hour.

Our requests were promptly seen to,for extra blankets and. However, we chose this hotel for the chairs in the room. One of our party needs a deep chair... and ottoman rather than the bed. The staff was very friendly. Check-in & out were hassle-free. The room was comfortable & very clean. The indoor pool is a bit small, but our 10 & 7 year olds still had a great time using it. We'd stay here again.

Overall this hotel was what we expected from a Holiday Inn chain of hotels. The room wasn't spectacular but it was clean and well stocked. The pillows, although given both soft and firm were just ok in quality. We turned the air conditioner off while sleeping because it was a little loud but it did cool the room sufficiently when needed. Our room keys […] did not work so we had to have them re-swiped however the desk staff was pleasant and did appologize. The elevators needed a little cleaning and the breakfast buffet was not ready to open on time therefore we had to rush to get to our appointment but the quality of the food was good and the staff was friendly and appologetic. Our stay absolutely sucked... the motel was soooo noisy all night.. above us, outside in the hallway.. we did not get any sleep... breakfast$ 10.00.. for the price of our stay it should b free..... wont b staying there again

The hotel was clean. Margaritas, the hotel restaurant was great-especially after a long day at Canobie Lake Park. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We would stay there again when We go to Canobie Lake Park. My only suggestion is to put a fan in the workout room.

I really can't emphasize how gross this hotel was. We had to stay here for a wedding (buses were going to wedding events to and from here), and we figured there was a certain minimum standard Holiday Inns have to meet. Guess we were wrong. Our room literally smelled like pungent dirty feet. The soap holder was torn off the wall of our shower, and I […] just generally felt dirty being there. The little breakfast restaurant was the best part of our stay - well, that and the margaritas at the attached restaurant, Margaritas. At least they made me forget about our smelly room. Read more

We found bugs on the beds, and were told they could come in through the screen. We expected a refund, or some other consideration.

We always stay in Salem on our way to Cape Cod. Arrive on Friday and get up early Saturday so that we can get thru Boston and onto the Sagamore Bridge before the crowd arrives. Makes the perfect stopping spot.

We stayed 3 nights here -2 adults and 2 children- 15 and 12. Check in was straightforward and the room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was fairly small but adequate for our needs and was very clean and well provided with fresh towels. Michelle from housekeeping noted there were 4 of us in 1 room and provided extra towels for us- a nice […] touch. Both pools were never busy and great to come back to after a day out. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. Very close to Canobie park and the shopping mall. A pleasant stay and if in the area, would happily use again. Read more

location of the place was just outside of NH university which wasn't bad. Its close to the highway and near shopping area. The hotel looked a little old but it was very clean and the bedroom was presentable. Have no complain about the hotel. would stay there again.

The hotel was really nice, but the customer service in the resterants in the area was not good. My family and I went to 99 Resterant and the poeple not happy iy seem like every store in the area was not happy. Thank you

This is a good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It's not beautiful or luxurious but clean and well maintained. I would recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in this location.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Holiday Inn. The staff were very friendly and our room was great. We booked a King Suite and we were not disappointed with the size of the room. The pull out sofa was particularly comfortable. the kitchenette was very well equiped and the whole hotel was spottlessly clean.
