No bells and whistles but it did what I needed it to do. A place for me and the family to stay as we did the Disney thing. I wish there was a frig and microwave but not that big of a deal. The free breakfast was yummy and saved us tons of money. I would stay here again.

This was a last minute booking and I have to say this is the worst hotel I have stayed at. They used five different paint colors to paint the room. Towels were thin. The room had a strang odor and was not very clean. There was a dead cockroach on the floor also. Book else where.

We chose this hotel for 5 people (3 adults, 2 children) for the price. We got 2 queen beds thinking there would also be a roll-away bed or an extra sofabed so it was a bit tight. The room had a strange smell and it looked like the sheets hadn't been changed for us (the new customers#. We only got one soap and one shampoo and had to pick up more at the […] front desk. It's better to bring your own. The breakfast was ok #muffins, toast, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, apple juice, oj, and coffee). Both trash cans were full and no one had emptied them the whole time we were there. The young woman in the breakfast room was rude at some customers and had an attitude. She even told one lady at the waffle maker "Since I've seen you, you've only been standing here making waffles the whole time". The customer replied that she had 4 children. The front desk people were nice and friendly but because of the young woman's attitude and the room's lack of cleanliness, we won't be going back. We chose this hotel for the price and it's 30 minute distance to LegoLand. Orlando is about 45 min away. There's also a Bob Evans next to hotel. Read more

Clean room, quiet, access to computer, free wi-fi in room. The only negative was the breakfast. Typical minimum continental. All carbs, no protein. Coffee ran out fast, but more can be made in room if needed.

The housekeeping was awful. We stayed 5 nights, and the bathroom floor, the mirrors, & the countertop never got cleaned. (They weren't very clean when we arrived, either.) The carpet was barely vacuumed. They did fix the bed and wipe out the sink every day. The towels were very thin, and each day housekeeping would only replace some. (We were frequently […] given 3 towels, 1 washcloth, & 1 hand towel.) When I asked a front desk employee if the lobby printer worked, he shrugged and said, "sometimes." Booked for a King Sized bed but was given a 2 Full sized bedroom. Refused it and was given another room with the toilet bowl being dirty and black. The clerks were surprised at the dirtiness and claimed innocence.
