We've stayed here at least a half dozen times as it is convenient for our visits to our home town and not expensive. Unfortunately, this property is beginning to show its age and the staff seems a bit tired as well. Supplies in the room (coffee mainly) were often not restocked. Our room was never cleaned and when we asked for service, they told us we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door--this was not the case, I even spoke to the maid as we were leaving for the day and she said she was "doing our's next"! The front desk got EXTREMELY rude! We asked to speak with the general manager and she said, "NO!" and […] even called the police on us saying we were trespassing! We will NEVER stay at Fairbridge Inn in Spokane again, and will have let each and every family member in Spokane know not to stay on this premises! Overall, it was a great hotel. Regarding breakfast: the biscuits and french toast that were in a warming pan were stone cold (the pan itself was cold), and the seating area was fairly small, but it was still nice to have breakfast included.

My son-in-law had a two day class in Spokane and since he can't drive we put him up at the Fairbridge for the time he'd be there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful it made the expense worthwhile for us not to have to worry about him. It was an easy walk to where he needed to be, plus there are so many places close by to walk to for fun.

The photos online did not match up to what my room looked like. The breakfast was lacking and the area to eat was extremely small and not enough room for more than a handful of guests to sit and eat. The hotel could use an update to its facilities, rooms and bathrooms.

You don't get what you pay for. Rooms are overpriced for what they are. You are paying for being downtown but, the surrounding neigborhood is sketchy at best. they gave the lobby a face lift but, didn't touch the rooms. ceiling had water damage and room just seemed run down.

The heater is sooooo noise, even the lowest grade is still very very loud. And the heating won't stop working even the temperature reaches the standard. The room smell strange and the shower amenities are very poor.

We stay here every time we are in town and have never been disappointed. The staff is top notch and the hotel is a great value for the price. We love the breakfast and it has many more choices that any comparable hotel. The beds are comfortable too!

This is an older hotel that looks like it has been given a fresh coat of paint, but still is in a neighborhood that is on the edge of sketchy. Staff was excellent, breakfast was better than expected, room was comfortable, but was a little nervous about leaving the car in the parking lot all night. Price great, a bit noisy and neighborhood a bit sketchy, but they even had some food in the morning of which we didn't partake. We really can't complain except husband didn't sleep well due to sagging bed.

Not a bad hotel for being so old. The bed was hard and the shower sprayed out barely a trickle but it worked. Overall it was a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price. Great service, clean rooms, better breakfast than the nicer hotels... But neighbors were loud very early in the morning, bed wasn't real comfortable and the location was just at a very busy intersection without a lot of sound insulation.

This is NOT a 3.7 star hotel. In a very dangerous neighborhood. Dirty and run down. We had someone begging for money when we tried to leave. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This is my favorite hotel for an inexpensive stay in Spokane. While the neighborhood isn't squeaky clean, it is close to downtown, Riverfront Park, and lots of places to eat. It is always the right price, and the front desk staff are always extremely friendly and helpful!

Hotel is totally run down, bed broke when I sat on it and I am not large, dirty, smelled, very old and decrepid. NO way I stay there again, felt like bugs were going to crawl on me all night
