"overcharged my debit card"

hot tub was cold and pool was even colder the hotel charged me a huge fee on my credit card for smoking in the room and never smoked in the room was in handicap room with a person on oxygen smoking was only done outside but used a papercup for ashtray and then disposed of the cup in trash can in the room they took pictures and then charged me for smoking was screaming mad they did that beware of this hotel even if i did smoke in the room was crazy i will never stay there again

The entire property was clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and always very accomodating. Parking was a breeze; always found a spot right outside of our room. Great pool. Loved the sport court. The hotel was in a great location, close to downtown Cleveland, restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We were amazed at the size of the room! We didn't really use the kitchen but it was great that it was there. We were able to hook up to the internet with our laptop, we were close to everything and it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The staff was excellent since I messed up our reservation and they took excellent care of us! It was like a mini-apartment and we will stay here anytime we are in Cleveland!

the only complaint was that the person upstairs must have been wearing iron boots and paced the floor until midnight. otherwise the place was truly first-rate, including the breakfast. (we did not complain to anyone about the pacing.)

The residence Inn was well worth the money- fully equipped kitchen, free breakfast, great location, and they even ran the dirty dishes through the dish washer for us! I'd stay there again.

Good location, room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was good but we got there 2 hours after it started and most everything was gone...so go early! We booked a KING size bed and got a Queen. Didn't realize it until we were sleeping and were on top of each other...
