Fantastic rooms for the first leg of our trip with 2 adult children. Beds and pillows so comfortable that I slept better than my own at home.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was very small and I've stayed in much nicer for much less.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms very small no bathtub. Back door into hotel that led to rooms did not lock anyone could get in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall a great stay. The room was very small but from the reviews I already knew they would be. Everything else was greatGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was small, but very comfortable and cozy. I stayed here with my daughter (11 yrs old). She loved it. There was a walking/jogging/biking trail right next to the hotel. This came in handy as there was no fitness room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was nice. Had to get my card for the room re magnetized every day but other than that and having to have them reset the wifi router for me it was a nice hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient and comfortable"
Very close to shopping, restaurants and short drive downtown. Room was clean, modern updated but a bit on the small side. But it was fine for just one night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Average or below"
We had a king room and it was clean but tiny, tiny. There was only about two feet of extra room around the bed - and that's all. No closet, just a cabinet like from Office Depot. There was a long desk at the foot of the bed, but if someone was sitting at it no one could get by between the chair and the bed. There were two bed side tables but only one […] reading lamp. We got two bath towels, three wash cloths and one hand towel. I went down to the desk after we checked in and was told a single hand towel was normal. I suggested that there would not be enough room for two and the clerk smiled and agreed. When I checked out there was the normal how was everything question. They really don't want to know - they agreed that the king rooms are very small (they said the two queen bed rooms were larger) but were surprised that there was only one reading lamp and only one hand towel. This hotel is supposed to be nicer than the older hotels that line the tracks and costs twice as much. Save your money and get a cheap room or choose a different upscale hotel. room was clean and nice, bed was uncomfortable for me but I like firm mattress, otherwise okGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Very Clean room, nice decor (pictures on wall, desk chair, comforter on bed) , comfortable king bed, the room served the purpose we were in town for used the room mostly as a place to sleep, and center of operations going to different events and out to eat. The room was on the small side but manageable for our 2 night stay, the room rate was higher […] than typical as it was a busy weekend in Flagstaff, the TV was pretty small too, but we were busy enough we never turned it on. "Friendly, clean, adequate"
The staff was great, room comfy, albeit a bit small, but the re-modified dining area is so small we could not eat there our last morning, after two attemps to get a table. No elevator, which was Ok for us, but we saw some folks struggle. Be heads-up about this before hand. There might be better choices, and the iimmediate area is full of chain hote […] ls. "close to everything in Flagstaff."
The hotel staff is very courteous. The pool and spa was great to use after a long drive. Rooms are nicely decorated. The only issue we encountered is that our room was an adjoining room and the neighbors were playing music loud and you can hear them talking. The front desk did take care of the situation, however if you are a light sleeper ask the front […] desk for a separate room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was a little small. Fine for quick sleepover. Lock on secondary entrance to hotel broken. Door left open. Service was very good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
A very comfortable hotel. The beds were excellent and the room was very clean. Shower was quite good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"too many safety/security issues"
I was awakened by a woman trying to enter my room after midnight because the front desk had written my room number on her key card. The next day, a maintenance man used his own key card to enter my room without knocking. Luckily, I had the chain on the door. Cannot recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Last stop on return from California"
Great stop off for the night! Breakfast fantastic. Location good for on/off interstate and close to restaurants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Newly remodeled hotel"
When we stayed there there was forest fire raging in Oak Creek Canyon. The wind blew smoke over Flagstaff. Outside smelled smokey. Inside you could not smell the fire. The rooms were freshly remodeled. Everything looked great. Breakfast was a bit on the lame side but for the price I didn't expect it not to be.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was here on business for three weeks and the room worked well. It was quiet and clean. There was a stuffy smell when you walked in, but open the windows for a bit and it went away.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A good hotel with a fare rate"
It is quite convenient, and easy to find. The hotel is clean, and the front desk agent was very nice. I would like to stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very Nice Hotel"
Definitely would stay at this hotel again! I originally went to Flagstaff for my son's college graduation. Unfortunately my car broke down while there which extended my stay for another 3 days. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my situation.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was newly remodeled so everything was nice and new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection in the morning has your basic hotel selection and the pool and hot tub are nice. The only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are on the small side and there is no elevator. We would definitely stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review

Just 2-3 hours away, traversing through beautiful landscapes is Flagstaff. The hotel room was small but clean and comfortable. Free WiFi and breakfast were convenient. There are a few restaurants at walking distance and a Walmart right across the street.
"Great for a night or two"
08/20/14 Jellyd New York City, New York
My wife and I stayed at the Sleep Inn from 08/15-08/17, in a king room. We chose the hotel based on the Trip Advisor reviews and price. We were using the hotel as a base to see the Grand Canyon so we weren't looking for anything fancy or too expensive. The front desk employee was very nice and check in was quick. She gave us a room on the second floor because we were a couple and it was quieter. She let us know that there is no elevator and asked us if we minded, which was nice. She also let us know about breakfast which is served from 6-9:30 AM, across from the lobby. Our room, #205, was clean and comfortable but small. I felt a little cramped. There is a coffee maker, a small fridge, a flat screen TV, a small desk, a small wardrobe closet containing an iron, luggage stand and ironing board. The bathroom was clean but on the small side. There was a blow dryer located by the sink, soap, shampoo and body lotion. The shower was plenty big for one person. The furniture and decorations were all newer and you could tell a recent renovation was completed. Breakfast consisted of belgian waffles, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, pastries, milk, juice and coffee. The woman who works the breakfast area refilling and cleaning is very good. She works very hard so please consider giving her a tip. Check out went smoothly and again the desk employee was very polite. Over all, a nice hotel and nice stay. It was good for what we needed, a base to see the canyon. I wouldn't stay more than a night or two. My only complaint would be the size of the rooms and the A/C was a little on the loud side but worked great.
"Gateway to Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Phoenix"
08/18/14 R K Edmonton, Canada
Stayed in Flagstaff for 3 nights to see Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest. Great location near I-17/I-40 junction, walmart and restaurants. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Stayed for 2 nights due to slightly cheaper rate than the Comfort Inn the previous night (which was good too). Only downside is the parking, attributed mostly by 4-5 vehicles not knowing how to park properly. Best thing is, walk to the restaurants to eat rather than drive, because parking will be very difficult at nighttime after you arrive back.
"Nice hotel, close to highway"
08/18/14 chris G Geneva, Switzerland
Close to Highway, but in a good way, no complaints about noise. Very comfortable beds, good size rooms. Had a problem with hairdryer, which was fixed in a few minutes by frontdesk. Perfect. Nice shower, be surprised! Breakfast simple but ok. They dont have a laundry on site, but there is a laudromat at the shopping center just across road, so no problem at all.
"Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable"

We stayed here for 2 nights on a trip through northern AZ, and we were quite pleased and satisfied. Even though this hotel is next to the interstate, it can be a bit tricky to find (look for the large Ramada sign, and you'll find the Sleep Inn next door). It appears that this hotel was recently converted from another brand, so there are no signs at the interstate exits yet; however, it also appears that this hotel was recently remodeled, since everything looks clean and new. The rooms have flat-screen TV's, microwaves, and refrigerators, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Even though our room was next to the interstate, we didn't hear any road noise. The hot breakfast included those large, dreamy muffins that you don't find in a hotel like this. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is a shopping plaza across the street, with a WalMart, supermarket, and other stores. Our overall experience was very positive, and we would stay here again.

We stayed here after getting stranded in the Flagstaff area leaving the Grand Canyon in monsoon season. We weren't expecting much, just somewhere cheap to get out of the rain. Walking into the room I was shocked. Having stayed in a Sleep Inn before I wasn't expecting much but the room was great. Very clean. Very modern. Certainly nice enough for an impromptu stay.

This was an OK night. The room was clean and quiet and the cost was $89 for the night. The motel was close to a Red Lobster and an Olive Gardens. One problem was the narrow parking spaces and the tiny breakfast area that was not well attended to.
"Great Stay! Great Price! Great Service!"

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We frequently stay @ Choice Hotels but haven't stayed at a Sleep Inn. It was a great value for the quality! It was clean, quiet, centrally located and recently updated! Our teenagers loved the heated indoor pool & hot tub.

I stayed in this hotel after traveling for a long period of time. I was traveling with my mother who is handicap and there was a mistake with the reservations. It turns out that the hotel had booked us for an upstairs handicap room, BUT there was no elevator. The clerk was really amazing about switching us rooms. Instead of a double, he gave us two kings (being handicap) and did not charge us for the pets. If you have to stay at any hotel, I would definitely stay here. The staff is super friendly and the hotel was recently renovated. Anyone who is traveling with pets needs to stay here!
"Nice and Clean"

We stayed here two nights because we wanted to take a day trip to the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff is reasonably close. We used Choice Hotels points for the first night and paid for the second. The man checking us in was very friendly and made sure we had the same room for the two nights. The hotel has been recently renovated and the room was spotless. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Good location. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
