My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and we very much enjoyed it! We had the King Suite with a whirlpool (which was relaxing). The only negative was that our whirlpool jets didn't work. Bummer!

My stay was great! One of the hotel employees helped us to save a kitten that was trapped inside a cars front bumper and he never once questioned or complained! Very nice staff and a pleansant stay.

Great. Went on business stayed for a little R & R. Couldn't get two extra nights. Only one. A room opened up but they didn't let me know. Great location for restaurants. My wife and I had a great time at your facility in Fort Wayne and would likely keep your chain as an option while we travel abroad. The room was nice, not alot of sound from outside the room.

We were looking for a relaxing time away and the room provided that for us. We were pleased with the room. The only real problem was trouble with our keycards. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and furnishings were good.

My fiancé and I went to this hotel for a relaxing romantic get away for a couple of days, and it was totally worth it! The hotel had so much for such a small price!.Our room had a jacuzzi and a balcony (which would have been great to lay out on if it had been summer!) Indoor pool, workout room , && sauna! The room and hotel were clean, bed very comfortable, very nice pool, and I liked being able to use the internet in the computer room. Service was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't as big as Ithought it would be, but still very good.

Perfection! We were greeted by Jerry at the front desk. He was very welcoming and informative explaining step by step how to use the WiFi and offering recommendations for food etc. Loved the suite! Lots of room to move about, great bathroom with a heat lamp as well as an exhaust fan which I love for removing steam after a shower. we chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and it was. The wait and cleaning staff were very friendly and courteous. However the front desk generally appeared to not know what's going on. Also the hot tub is closed in winter but great location and a very good stay.

Hotel is showing it's age. the bedding is worn. bathroom fixtures and tile are stained. doors to the rooms are quite loud when they shut so you hear every door in the hallway clunk.

Our stay was great! The room could have been slightly larger and I had no idea that I was getting an adjoining room but other than that everything was nice and the room was clean. It is a very nice building and most of all the breakfast was FANTASTIC!!

I SAS pf mpressipn that "Suites" have 2 separate roomba, this was just a normal hotel room, that was not good. Boring hotel and breakfast. Good shuttle service though

overall it was a very nice stay except it was suppose to be a non smok hotel and when we checked in the room was repeaking of cigar smoke i am a smoker myself and during my stay i feel as a smoker that u should set up benches or something to set on while u r smoking or even some bacholes on the outside will really be cool

I lived in the area this hotel is located for 13 years, I was back on a visit to help my son move. The property was new when I first moved to the area, but is now showing its age. It is a great location, though some adjacent property construction is a bit annoying. With a nice cosmetic facelift, this would once again be a nice property.
