One of the best rooms I've stayed at in nyc. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and spacious with a very nice shower except for the open glass which allowed water to drip out and was a little cool with the open area. Certainly not enough to keep me away next time I go to ny. The coffee, yogurt, and granola for one was a bit expensive at $45.00. Overall a great stay.

Staff is very accomodating. Location is extremely convenient. A couple of negatives - shower doors do not close causing water to spray onto floor; insufficient space to place clothes and hanger items. Minor complaints however. This is a very nice hotel with many wonderful amenities.

This hotel is in a great location. The room is great, large bathroom, and living area. The only thing is that the shower has an open glass "door" so that water will soak the bathroom. Not to worry, the turn down service will wipe and replace everything that got wet.

A fabulous hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here. We reserved very late and got one of the last rooms available so, unlike most of the rooms, it was not a suite (it was termed a "flat" on the website). Nevertheless, it was still fairly spacious by NYC standards and it was beautifully appointed. A very comfortable bed, great linens, pillows and mattress; lovely marble bathroom. We also had a nice view of Central Park. I would definitely recommend the London and plan to stay here again next time I am in New York.

The London is a great for a theater getaway. It is within walking distance to many Broadway venues and fine restaurants. My husband and I were spoiled by the comfort of our room. The toiletries were adult-size, too. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we stayed an extra day to savor the luxury and treated ourselves to a leisurely stroll down 5th Avenue.

We stayed at The London over Memorial Day Weekend and it was our first stay there. We requested a suite which was 550 square feet. The room was great. Modern decor, 2 flatscreen panel tvs, a very comfortable king-sized bed, and a bunch of other amenities. The location was superb. Just a few blocks from Broadway and Times Square. The restaurant and bar had great food and drinks. Kind of a 50s retro feel to the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly. THe bathroom had a dual head shower, marble sink and tiles floors. THe only complaint I have with the room was that the shower had no doors... it was open with a couple of glass partitions at either end. This is fine except that the water from the shower kept splashing out and soaked the bathroom floor. WE had to use the bath mat and a towel or two to soak it up after every shower. A design flaw that could easily be fixed though. Definitely would stay there again. Really great hotel.

If you are staying in the city - stay here. You will not regret it. Will be back to try out another suite.
