Hidden cost due at check in. Room was located in the courtyard and our room was on the 2nd floor, no elevators available in the courtyard. Room fixtures were very dated. All employees we came in contact with were friendly.

We stayed in a king tower room. The room was very clean sbd modern. The service was good with the exception of one rude front desk clerk. We loved the service and food at the grand cafe but did not have a great experience at the Cabo Mexican restaurant. This hotel is pretty close to the strip and is easy to get on and off the freeway. room was very small and dirty lamp was broken(didn't work) wifi(which is a mandatory payment) was non-existent in the room had to go outside to use it. The staff was great, though They were very helpful and courteous

The staff was friendly. We came because my friends husband was in the hospital and we had come from out of state. We were exhausted and the girl at the desk was so sweet. She actually moved us to a tower room insteaad of the courtyard. It was so nice and quiet and we got the sleep we desperatly needed.

Good location, we had big SUV with huge trailer. It was easy to get in - get out. Good rooms. It was not easy to find the room, even with the map with directions.

The carpet was so dirty that you slipped on your shoes when going from the bed to the bathroom.. When checking out they charged my credit card an outrageous $16..00 per night over and above the initial amount I prepaid. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will not recommend any Station Casino in the future.

My stay was fine but I only need to stay for about 5 hours to sleep after my plane landed. They charged me an extra $15 for shuttle service and internet that I couldn't even use. I was very disappointed.

Lobby was beautiful...pics on website of room are deceiving. Hallways leading to all the rooms wreaked of weed. Room was tiny and old with a great view of an alley filled with dumped furniture. No bedspread. Flat sheet on mattress and tv with tube (circa 1980). Such a disappointment.

We found the Palace Station to be much nicer than most of the other casinos we had stayed in. We never even had to leave for food due to the quality and selection of theirs. We'll be back!

When the visiting family and friends gets to overflow - I always check PS for a in-expensive room. Sometimes I stay there and turn the house over to the troops..my staycation. It's easy location, clean rooms and decent restaurants ( the oyster bar is tiny, but delicious if you don't mind the wait) keep me coming back. If a customer have already spent funds for a hotel room, why should they pay more just to use the Internet and why when questions are asked you only get some of the details and not all the information? People in customer service should be more polite, more training is needed, that's my suggestion

there was no coffee pot in my room... I have never been to a Hotel with no coffee pot. Room was on the 2nd floor and again, there was no elevator. The ice machine was no where near so I had to walk to the other side of the Hotel. When booking the hotel avoid the courtyard portion of the hotel!! The rooms are filthy make up in the sink, hair in the bed it was gross!! No ice machines, very short on towels... There is a gap between the door and the floor which I'm not sure but it contributes to being able to hear conversations outside as people walk all night long, unlike any other […] hotels where staff is there to regulate noise this one was non existant, I only stayed at this hotel because I figured it would be a but of a nicer hotel considering the Hampton and marriot properties were a bit cheaper I paid $140 total for a night stay here and it was the worst!! We stopped in Las Vegas on the way home from LA on the spur of the moment, so we just wanted somewhere inexpensive and easy to get to. We chose Palace Station because it was an easy off/on to the freeway and close to a store we wanted to go to in the morning. What a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, newly decorated, very comfortable plush beds […] and huge flat screen TV. It still has the old style Vegas meals in their cafe and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. We had recently stayed in another high end hotel on the strip, and I much preferred this one. Parking was close, and secure, rather than being a 2 block walk, and you could enter the elevator to your room without going through the smoky casino. The hotel was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. The check in went pretty smooth, their was a $16 service charge which I didn't mind, other hotels charge a higher amount and they do a $100 credit card hold which gets release at the time of checking out. I was very disappointed. My room was not as clean as It looked. The hotel had not elevator so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I will never stay there again. If I can get my money back I totally would request it.

The floor in the room was so gross. It was so noisy outside our room, there was a supply closet or something that slammed and banged. Walls were paper thin. Absolutely no security to get to room area. Anyone could enter the building. I hated that I was only there to sleep before a flight a total of 7 hours and I had to pay a resort fee.

Overall your average hotel. Nothing fancy but it was clean and affordable. The only negative feature was the standing shower. It was very small, the curtain and short tile lip provided no barrier to keep water in the shower resulting in a bathroom flood. Ask for extra towels!
