The location of this hotel is PERFECT for Rod Run! TGIFriday is within a 3 minute walk, attractions and shows are also very close by. Pretty much the entire strip is within walking distance. Breakfast was AMAZING! Several options consisting of gravy & biscuits, waffle station, omelet station, cereal and bagels, anything and everything you could think […] of was available! My only two complaints, breakfast is served until 10:30 according to the book they placed in the room, when you go downstairs it says 10:00 and they stop making omelets at 10:00 on the dot, no exceptions. Second complaint was the sheets had a couple tears in them and had been resewn, but the seams were pulling back apart.Not a huge deal, but definitely something I would invest in if I were hotel management. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite the first time. This time a double queen. Only downer was we were located next to the breakfast area so it was noisey in the morning. Not the hotels fault but the two bus loads of teens. Room was comfortable, dark, the beds comfortable and loved having the small refrigerator and safe.

Overall it was a good stay. The internet didn't work the last two nights of our stay. I called the front desk to report the problem but they were not any help.

Key card stopped working 3 times. Elevator floor buttons had to be pushed several times before they would work. Advertised a library that I never found. "Arcade" included 2 games of which one was out of order. Good points were friendly staff and omelet station at breakfast but not many choices otherwise. No bacon or sausage.

Good location-- close to a lot of family attractions and minutes away from Gatlinburg. Room presentable and check in/out process was efficient. Housekeeping was lacking-- beds were made but nothing else was cleaned or refilled (coffee, cups, etc.). My main reason for booking this hotel was to book the "celebration suite" with a two-person jacuzzi bath tub. It was exactly as I expected and made the trip very enjoyable. I do wish there had been some instructions or a warning sign that said "fill up tub and get in before turning on jets". Stayed here 3/25/13-3/29/13 for family vacation. The hotel is awful. Here are some of the "highlights." Broken remote - mgmt would not change it and had to use buttons on tv; room dirty and maid did not make it up at all one day; night light did not work; extra charge to use in room safe; pool/hot tub overcrowded and dirty; 2 small bars of soap & 1 […] shampoo for 3 people. Fitness room had 1 broken treadmill and 1 stationary bike. The worst was the "complimentary breakfast." Small, hot room with not enough space to accommodate everyone. One person on duty making omelettes and emptying trash, restocking, etc. Inadequate food supply, long lines every morning. Baked goods stale and food choices subpar. The staff was minimal and not very helpful. The only positive is that it is off the main drag and quiet. Do NOT STAY HERE . There are so many other options in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg. Read more

We were disappointed with the dated appearance of the room. It looked nicer on the Internet. Also, they must set the thermostat and so even if you dial up the heat you just get cool to medium air coming in. I slept only 4 hours since I was freezing and their blanket is thin.

The room was clean and looked as described on website. Very clean. The only negatives about the room included an uncomfortable sofa bed (the springs were awful) and the wifi wasn't working. The service was great, including an excellent breakfast and friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Nice, friendly hotel located very conveniently, but off the main strip and along a stream so it was quiet at night. Highlights include indoor pool and delicious omelet bar included with free breakfast. We booked this hotel for our annual family trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Such a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The vending machines on the 4th floor didn't work, so you had to go to the lobby to get a drink, but that wasn't any big deal. The hot breakfast was wonderful- they had an omelet station, a waffle stations, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, donuts, and juice/coffee. Close to Dollywood, retail like the Harley store, and minutes from the parkway down to Gatlinberg or the Smoky Mt. National Park. Good stay for a reasonable price just off the main road with its traffic.

Expected more for the money. Room was small for 4 adults. Gym was a joke; looked like a converted closet. Children were playing in the hot tub. The second floor ceiling was low. We booked two nights and left after the first.
