The guest services were terrific. I was very comfortable the entire stay and the waffles in the front are delicious. Staff treated me well and the room was clean with plenty of towels. I would stay here again without question.

I was relived to find the room did not smell nearly as bad as the office! The continental breakfast was pretty weak. When I asked for Cream cheese for my begal I was told they did not have any more because some people took more than one. I think next time I will spend the extra money and stay at the Holiday inn across the street.

Back to Live Oak for relatives. Facility is better than I expected. Room comfortable, service more than adequate. Only downside is there is no protein at the breakfast. However, greasy spoon next door & if you get there early, all the local Deputy Sheriffs stop there for their morning staff meeting. Will stay here again.

This hotel is sufficient for as a travel rest but nothing more. The rooms are clean and in decent shape and the staff is helpful. The breakfast consists only of juice coffee and packaged muffins and bagels. No cereal. The lobby smells like smoke.

Just across the street from Walmart ( a must be for me, always need something!) - small cafe across the street - good breakfast - very friendly personnel, had common sense, hard to find that today - just off interstate - easy off/on - would stay there again!
