Friendly staff, but house keeping was poor. Rooms were very small with out-door entrances & needs to be updated. No refrigerator and breakfast was in the restaurant with 3 choices.

Tired, tired, tired.......Carpets were stained, Bed was uncomfortable, the whole room was worn out and tired. the bathroom had no door so privacy was limited. I would not recommend this hotel and Columbia has many better places to stay.

I requested a nonsmoking room, but the room smelled like smoke with cleaning products on top. The facilities are visibly old. The linens were newer, clean and adequate but the towels are scratchy. There was a dead pill bug in the bed, but at least it was dead, right? "Free continental breakfast" was in the restaurant area but was at the bottom compared […] to free breakfasts I have had this year at competing chains. And they expected patrons to tip the attendant for disposing of the paper plates. There are many other lodging options in the three-exit area of I-70 in Columbia, MO. Inexpensive but also overpriced for the hotel in general. Room was cleaned but found several hairs that didn't belong. The breakfast provided was terrible! Worse than a continental breakfast. Location was great for the purposes of my visit. Oveall, I will not stay at this hotel again.

When we had issues with the wi-fy connection the front desk was rude and sarcastic rather than helpful. The problem was not fixed and there was no compensation offeredfor the inconvenience.

There was dried bloody nasal remains,"snot" on the bathroom faucet and the bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. After complaining about that and the fact that i had reserved a room with two queen beds and had been given a room with two full beds, was told they would see what could be done, never got a response. Thank God we took an electric heater!! The room was large and we enjoyed the comfy beds, however the room opened to the great outdoors and it was COLD that night. We brought a heater/fan from home abd it came in handy. Also if you redeem your FREE BREAKFAST coupon, stick with the waffles,overcooked eggs and hockey puck biscuits are not yummy.

The price was decent for Homecoming weekend. Outside doors and several load people late Friday night. Very dated, but clean. I didn't feel like I needed a hazmat suit in the bathroom. I'd stay there again but only if it there was nothing better available.

Staff was Okay, The furnace in the room worked ,but the thermostat didn't. We had to get up and shut the heat off when it would get too warm in the room and turn it back on when it cooled off. The outside lighting was poor and I would not want my wife outside of the room at night with this poor visibility. I will not stay here again.

Don't let the pricing fool you into believing this is better than the lowest price hotel in the area... You'll feel ripped off before you even set foot in your room. Has missed a few generations of renovation. Door to room doesn't open easily or close securely. I did not expect too much as this is an old motel. It worked fine for me. Only three lights out of seven or eight in the room worked. That should be an easy fix. It was a football weekend so rooms were very scarce, even booking months in advance. Of course the price was increased for this weekend.

The last resort for a hotel. Very old, no heat in our room the first room we were given the door did not lock. Manger was very nice and gave us a new room. I will make sure that when Mizzou football team is at home to book my hotel reservations early so that I never have to stay here again.

Cleanliness was dreadful, staff was super friendly, I will not stay again needless to say. When I ask for two extra towels and possiably extra pillow or two, I was told they did not have enought for the rooms and I would have to bring the dirty ones in order to get anymore. :( To bad because we were trying to have a mini vacation.
