We gathered at this hotel with family coming from various places in the U.S. Everyone found it easy to find. Loved the fact it is surrounded by stores, places to eat, and gas stations. Plus it's right off of major highways. The staff was helpful especially, KC who I founded friendly and she provided excellent service. The young man who worked Sat. evening […] was also helpful. The hotel is older with nothing remarkable about the lobby area. There is not an elevator to the second floor. We had two rooms in our party and both of them reeked of smoke when all over the hotel it is posted the rooms are non-smoking. I went down front and the Agent had a can of smoke gone handy. I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were professional, informative, and nice. My room was very clean. The door to my room stuck a little when trying to open. Housekeeping showed up at 8am, which was a little early for me. Other than that, I had a good experience.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were fairly comfortable. Bathroom was small, but completely fine for short stays. One negative is that the hotel did not have an elevator. If you have troubles with stairs, this hotel is not for you. It was nice that this hotel was close to so many shopping areas.

arrived around noon on a holiday weekend and early check-in not possible. Nonetheless staff were very polite. Very comfortable mattress (my wife often has complaints about hotel mattresses, regardless of hotel class); fuller breakfast than expected; Good shower pressure; strong wifi. No complaints....

Slow to get service when we arrived. Traveling with a baby and extensive luggage made the lack of elevator a significant issue. The maids were very noisy in the mornings and repeatedly woke our baby. Other than that the room and hotel was clean.

not great at all. The man (tall with dark hair and glasses) had the personality of a rock. The laundry room ceiling was stained and the floor side of the washer has not been cleaned in a long time. The sink in the laundry room filled up with dirty water when I did my wash. The price of the washer and dryer and the laundry deterdergent should be less […] expensive. Breakfast was great and the room and bathroom were very clean. The water pressure was very good too. Overall clean and neat place for pet owners. Location is perfect as the mall is right next to hotel. So many options for dinner and a couple of drinks. It was very pleasant stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay that was close to sightseeing and wineries. We used our free night reward to stay at this hotel. For some reason, rather than getting the King room we paid for, we got two double beds. The front desk offered to rectify the situation when i called Hotels.com to inquire whether there was a change in cost […] for a King room, but my husband did not want to change rooms at that point. The room was clean, noise level was pretty average for a hotel. It is very close to fast food joints and across the street from the Frederick Mall. I thought it was cute that the pillows are labeled on the pillowcase whether they are soft or firm. There was plenty of parking the night we stayed there (a Saturday night). The best part of the stay was breakfast. Each day of the week there is a different hot breakfast option. Sunday was omelets and sausage patties. I did not try that but I did have a bagel with cream cheese, a banana, and a hot cinnamon roll. I was impressed with taste and temperature of the cinnamon roll. The entrance and food for breakfast was excellent! however, the hall ways and rooms were very disappointing. Very stuffy and dark. The air cond. in the room blew cold air but did not eliminate the humidity. So you still felt clammy. Very convenient to the mall and eating establishments!
