"Good experience"
Front desk staff were polite. Hotel was clean, as was the room, however the sink in the bathroom was very dirty. Breakfast room was well kept, and well stocked, better than most.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Son's hotel experience"
My son stayed in this hotel while he was working for his aunt who lives nearby. He said the facility was quite nice except that on two different nights his sleep was interrupted by people yelling outside his window. A call to the front desk netted no positive results.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Comfort Inn and Suites West Beaverton"
Soap-lotion-etc. poor quality No Refer in room. Coffee maker made luke warm water. When I reserved the room I asked for a rollaway bed or hideabed. When I checked in they had no knowledge of that. We did get the rollaway though, barely fit in our tiny room. The rollaway should be tossed away. Very, Very bad quality!! Made for sleeping inside a taco […] shell. Sunk almost to the floor without anyone on it! Good thing it only had to hold my 6yr. old. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bad location - cops came 3 times in 12 hours!"
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, polite and professional. The location was sketchy. The police showed up 3 times in 12 hours. The building was an odd mix of old and contemporary. The king bed was very comfortable but the pillows were tiny. There was a nice 6 chair dining table but the TVs were old and "static" on some of the channels. Looks […] like they are really trying with the color scheme and the granite counter and shower, and again the staff were all great! Overall it was just too expensive for what the facilities had to offer. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"been here twice good value"
The rooms are nice and just need a little T.L.C. The ice machine on the second floor does not work. The first time we stayed our beds were very hard and uncomfortable. . the second time our first room was not made us and they switches us to a suite at no additional charge. (very nice) the bed was wonderful. There was a little mold problem with the corners […] of the tub. But the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly It was very good for the price. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good overall value and friendly, helpful staff"
I had the King Suite and found it, although not brand new, to be clean and adequate to my needs. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast was more than I expected. My only complaint is that I booked and paid through Hotels.com and was then charged again by the hotel which entailed a 15 minute phone call to rectify the situation. I would recommend […] this hotel to people with realistic expectations for the price paid. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quality Staff"
Your staff was able to correct an issue I had with my original room (a previous guest had violated your NON-SMOKING policy), and your staff placed me in a true NON-SMOKING room. I can't thank your staff enough for taking the time to accomodate me!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A decent cheap hotel"
The Comfort Inn West Beaverton was great as a stopping point, but I wouldn't recommend it as a 'destination'. The beds are quite uncomfortable and very hard. The customer service was good and the included breakfast was of a good standard. Not the freshest hotel around. We stayed there en route to California, and it was perfect for that function.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfort Inn Beaverton"
I was not happy that I had to provide a credit card for "incidentals". The reason we use Hotels.com is because we can pay online so our guys don't have to have a credit card. The mandantory safe charges and phoney "incidentals" credit card at check in will always keep us from recomending the hotel to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Provided a place to sleep"
While the staff was very nice and the room clean, the hotel is in an older, less desireable part of town and the hotel itself showing some age. Our main disappointment was that although it was a nonsmoking hotel, our room smelled of smoke. The Continental breakfast was standard.Genuine Expedia guest review
"YOU GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAY FOR"
I visit my son every couple of months, they live in Beaverton, and I always stay at the Comfort Inn in Beaverton. The hotel is updated, quiet, clean, secure and the service is great. They also have a free breakfast that has a large variety of items. I read some reviews about them that said it was not so nice, but it is a great deal for what you pay. […] I found the rooms clean and for those of you that say the bedspreads are gross, to me unless they are cleaned before each new guest I would consider them gross too. However, you will not find a hotel anywhere that does that, because the bedspread isn't washable without making it look sad after one washing. So I fold it up at the end of the bed and just use the blanket and sheets, if I get cold that is what the room heater is for. If you are expecting the Hilton then you need to go stay at the Hilton and pay a whole bunch more. For me cleanliness is the key, I spend very little time in the room other than cleaning up and sleeping. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Comfort Inn Beaverton"
Hotel needs a major update; water leaked from bath tub onto the floor, wireless internet was broken, no fridge or microwave. The room just wasn't very comfortable as the name implies. I have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this one has been the worst. Sorry to have have to say this, but I hope these comments will encourage the management to make im […] provements. "Okay, but not great.."
Well I booked this hotel as I was writing an exam in Hillsboro on Aug 7-8 and first impression of the location was good. It was near by a diner and a few strip malls with places to eat nearby as well. Also from the testing center it was a 10 minute drive. The room itself was a clean, however I found that the bathroom sink did not drain very well and […] I found clumps of hair on a couple of the towels and that was disappointing. Also I found a few ants on the small coffee table. The wifi connection here was spotty at best. For the three nights I stayed there the wifi worked completely for only one night. Lastly the complimentary breakfast is standard and was satisfactory in my opinion. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
