Outside of hotel could use a face lift. Room was clean, requested a roll away bed in advance, was not in room. Called front desk and was told they didn't know if they had any available they would check. Never got one, and no one from front desk called to let us know either way. Everyone was pleasant. Amy at the front, was very helpful with directions as it was late when I got into the city. The guys driving the shuttle were nice and safely got me to my destination and back again. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Failed to restock rooms daily, door card didn't work, took 3 times to get it acitvated, securtiy door lock non functioniing. 1st room had 2 non working ac/heater untis. 2nd room had hide a bed non functioning. phone was broken with koolaid in holder and base of phone. Immediately after checking into our room and using the restroom, we noticed 4 evidences that the restroom had not been cleaned since the previous occupant had been there. We asked to have the restroom cleaned. Instead, the clerk on duty moved us to the room next door. It was a bit of a hassle to move all of our things next door. After we were installed […] there, we noticed that there was mold around the handle on the wall in the shower/tub, a long hair that neither of us could have possibly left, and mold or mildew on the shower curtain. We left a sticky note on the mirror to have these things cleaned (to scrub the entire tub and remove the mold/mildew). A note was left for us that re-caulking the tub was the responsibility of maintenance. We also noticed the second day that the area on the toilet (visible only when the seat and lid were down) had hair on it (most likely not ours). We did not leave another note, but did note that this was cleaned up when we returned that night. We had difficulty getting into a back door with our key cards. The worst part of our stay was the fact that three times we asked about WiFi and it was not available the entire time we were there (3 nights). On a positive note, the ice machine was conveniently located and provided all the ice we needed. Read more

The overall property needed some maintenance. The room was o.k. but the bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the finish on the tub bottom was peeling off. Items in the continental breakfast were not replenished, so when they were out, they were out, food and juices.

At first arrival I was greeting instantly with my paperwork and room keys ready to go. Had no issues getting into and settled in our two rooms. The staff was so accomidating throughout our stay. I feel that this hotel personal went above and beyond on my ever request. The fact that they accept pets with no deposit made my trip so much easier not to mention cheaper. The overall condition of the hotel was as to be expected for there low rates but was overall clean and a place to sleep and shower. The workout facility was non operational so if you want to workout while your there, plan on jogging outside. There was a sewage smell that lingered some days, assuming that they may be near a water treatment plant being that its an industrial area. It was however conveniently located near a Denny's and many other fast food chains within walking distance which makes its much simplier to find dinner for the out of towner.
