Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. I made my family wear flip flops unless in bed because the carpet was filthy. Mold in the shower, loose faucets, smoke odor, and vomit splatters on carpet going into the bathroom as well as the bathroom walls. Awful.

our room had a door going in and a door going out to the patio and both of them suck very very badly we could not get out of the patio door. We arrive, and I go to use the restroom and it was apparently clogged bad from people before. The water from the toilet was everywhere. The rooms were big and roomy. We paid for a suite and it was pretty big but the tops to the tables were broke off so if you were to bump the table the top would just slide right off. I loved the location of the hotel but there were beer bottles every where outside the hotel and people had broken benches and windows. Worst stay I have ever encountered on a trip. Hotel was eerily located on what appeared to be a deserted industrial area. Room was full of cheap furniture and outlets that did not work. Was awoken prior to 2 pm. by people in the hallway, who were clearly drunk. The revelry lasted for almost two hours, and included pounding on doors and physical fighting […] in both rooms on either side of ours. I called the front desk twice. When we arrived to check-in there were two customers that were complaining to the staff. We checked in and noticed that there was trash on the floor in the hallways. Upon entering the room there was a weird smell in the room. It was DIRTY...Hair in the shower, dirty footprints on the bathroom floor and mud on the floor beside the bed. At this point […] I was ready to leave but due to other events in the area there were no other available places to stay. I woke up at 2 am and headed towards the bathroom and realized my socks were soaking wet. There was some kind of plumbing leak in the room. By 7 am the leak had spread and the carpet was soaked. When I checked out I let the staff know that this was the WORSE place I have ever stayed. She did not seem at all concerned about the plumbing issue or the fact that the rooms were filthy. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she only works M-F 8-5 and was unavailable. Read more

Although the room was large compared to most hotel rooms and the bed was very comfortable the service was horrible. I asked to have the tub drained because it filled up while showering leaving soap scum on my ankle so that it looked like I was wearing socks an they never showed up. Not like the picture! Very cold through out the whole hotel. first room the sheets where dirty. missed breakfast first morning because the clock was an hour off. dvd in room didn't work, door was not level so there was a very large gap at the top. Old hotel! a large part of it not in use. it was close to the casinos, but would not stay again

The hotel was nice. It was in different location than what we was expecting. It was in an industrial area. It might of needed more signs or information of where it was located. When we first got there, the parking lot was not cleared from the previous days snow storm and it was very slippery and even more for the cars safety. The elevator made a beeping noise and would not take us to the floor we chose, but it said that we were there. The breakfast consed of water looking gvavy, ad the eggs had water all througout the bottom. […] There was nothing that Diabtic people can eat, except the watery eggs. There was no blow dryer in my bathroom, but I did not notice it until I got out of the shwoer, and then when we checked out,the lady at thereception desk, said that she hadn't even told housekeeping yet. On Saturday night, there was a Ball or Dance and we had drunk, loud people in our hall all night long until 4am. When we called down to reception desk, no one answered. The hotel location was horrible, no restaurants or other hotels near by. It was by a train track and lake that looked very sketchy. The hotel had a horrible cigarette stinch to it. I must say first off that I am in no way a high class hoity toity person, I am more of an average Joe. That being said...Overall, the hotel was fairly nice. I was immediately disappointed upon arrival at the appearance of the front desk clerk who was unshaved, his shirt was untucked, he was personable enough but certainly not what I expected from an […] establishment such as Ramada. The rooms were fairly nice, though a little dated. The bed was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was disappointing in that what should have been grass was all but bare ground, and the "lake" looked more like an abandoned industrial pond with broken pipes exposed and the banks eroded. The rooms were fairly reasonable pricewise, which they should be with the condition of the facility. Overall my romantic getaway was a little less because of this. Pros: Pool was nice, indoor/outdoor with a closing door to seperate it. Was kinda neat to be about to take my daughter under it and swin outside with the cold temperatures. Con: Room was terrible. Wallpaper coming off the wall and had to plug in every lamp in the room. Toilet handle was broken and wouldn't flush, had to call maintenance before we were […] even there 5 minutes. It looked like there had been nothing check in the room before they gave it to us. There was no "Wi-Fi" in the room like was promised, but there was a ethernet cord if you wanted to plug in. Doesn't exactly help with iPads and iPhones. Bar/Restaurant was ok at best. Wait Staff was bad and extremely slow, with minimal patrons in there. Live band was playing, but with college football on TV and mostly football fans in the bar, it was a waste of time. Band played until 1 am and made it hard to sleep when we went back up to the room around 11pm. Checkout lady didn't even raise her head to acknowledge that I was checking out. At first glance it was apparent that the hotel had roof problems with water damaged walls throughout the building. The wall paper was peeling off the walls in the hallways and the lobby.
