great hotel, clean and comfortable. Paid extra for the included breakfast at the Bistro counter, which was very good. Only complaint was that the mini-fridge was really mini - couldn't fit all of our things from the cooler in it.

The staff was very accommodating and everything was in superb condition. The beds were also quite comfortable and I enjoyed the T.V. set up.

The wifi was slow and the shower turned cold during all four showers over two days, taken at different times of the day. The towel rack came off the wall. The mini fridge didn't work. Definitely not what we were expecting after paying what we paid for this property.

Rooms were very nice, pool was opened all night which was a plus. The only thing that wasn't great was that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast.

I have stayed at a Courtyard in the past and always had a very good exerience. This time however was different. I expected to have housekeeping make the bed correctly (the blanket covered up to my waist), I expected to have a hair dryer, I expected enough light in the bathroom to be bright enough where I could put on my makeup, (I had to go by a small […] mirror to put in another area), I expected to have coffee left each day, I expected breakfast since it was offered on line, I expected to have the dirty glasses and cups taken and get clean ones, and just wanted a pleasant stay. There are several great things about this hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, pool and outside fire pit areas are great. There are many places to eat and play with in walking distance. The bad thing were the pillows on the beds but that seems to be the downfall for seveal hotel chains.

Very Welcoming staff. I felt as though they cared about how my family was and that I wasnt just a number to them. Great bistro food and I've never had such a quit AC unit. Pool was a bit crowded and loud. The temperature of the pool was too cold for my family. All in all, it was a really nice stay and I will for sure be back.

The hotel was nice, we requested ajoining rooms and were not given them. But were able to finally get rooms on the same floor. The representative from expedia told us we were booking 2 queen suites each with 2 beds and a pullout bed. That type of room was not even an option. We would have continued looking at other hotels or booked 3 rooms had we known […] we would not have 3 beds. Being the weekend of the Sundance Film festival the hotels in the area were all booked by the time we realized the room situation was not what we wanted. We are easy going so we made it work. Amazing service from this hotel. The staff was remarkable. We booked through Expedia.com that said this hotel offered complimentary airport shuttle round trip. It turned out incorrect. I don't know if Expedia erred or the hotel, but they both went out of their way to fix it. Expedia offered me a small credit and the hotel manager reimbursed us $36.00 […] in cash plus paid another $36.00 on our last day to shuttle us back to the airport. We were there for 5 nights. We took full advantage of the free 5 mile radius shuttle the hotel offers to get us near food/entertainment/buses/trax system. I called front desk to have the shuttle ready several times, and each time within 1-3 minutes, their shuttle van with friendly drivers (like Pedro) was ready to pick us up. Once we were done, so long as we were no more than 5 miles away, the hotel was happy to send the shuttle back to pick us up again. We got the back side of the hotel on the fourth floor and had an amazing view of the mountains where the Alta Ski resort (and others) were. we went during a dry spell apparently, it hadn't snowed for 3 months, luckily there was plenty of snow left for us to take first-time skiing lessons at the Alta ski resort ($50.00 each) - no free breakfast, but that's okay, they still had a restaurant that served good food for fair prices. not to mention all the near by restaurants like "Iggy's" and a big mall which is walking distance. this hotel is worth every penny, clean, friendly, great location Read more

We were just staying over for the night because we'd been invited to a soccer game at a nearby stadium. The receptionist was very helpful and nice and the room could not have been any cleaner or more comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed being in the room when we were there. My suite was very nice. Really enjoyed the modern, yet soothing decor. Also, nice view of the outside courtyard and adjacent indoor pool area. I didn't have a chance to use the outdoor courtyard, but was very inviting - covered seating with nice comfy chairs and even a fire pit. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Noise was a minimum. I was […] on the far side of the hotel that did not face the freeway, but with the balcony door open I did hear some car "rushing" noise. This hotel is not directly adjacent to the freeway, but close. My particular room was handicap accessible. Fine, no problem. However, the shower in the bathroom was not properly designed to drain water towards the drain but rather it drained toward the bathroom and door leading to the bedroom. A bit of a slip hazard not to mention that the floor tile and carpet gets soaked. Also, the shower head location was a little odd being that it was on the long side of the shower instead of one of the shorter sides which meant you were constantly hitting the shower curtain. Pretty minor overall, just annoying. Now for my biggest disappointment. The bed was worn out. It was soggy and not supportive. The main reason I stay at Marriott hotels is for their beds. I have numerous back problems and a good bed is a must. By my third night I was aching and by the fourth night I was feeling the pain and glad to be on my way home the next morning, drowsy and with little sleep behind me. The mattress was a Marriott supreme so if your looking for a higher end mattress you may want to call the hotel ahead and ask what type of mattress is in the room you will be staying in. The hotel was so homey and comfortable. All of the employees were so nice and helpful. Was very accommodating to our needs. Although we were told they were fairly new mattresses our room had the lumpiest we have slept on for quite some time. We had three rooms rented, the other rooms were good. Free way noise was a bit disturbing early in morning. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool.

Checked into this hotel for my nephews graduation had stayed at the Hyatt in Sandy before but they were booked. The only downside to this hotel is no free breakfast and the tiny cafe is expensive. Clean and affordable I would defintely stay there again.
