When I got to my room it smelled like a guys locker room. Apparently they had cleaned the carpets but didn't allow the rooms to air out. Mine was not the only room with that issue. The staff acted like it was an inconvience I was even there. Very disappointing. Stayed at the same hotel last year about the same time. The staff was great. This has to be one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. There was a crack under the door so big that bugs or mice could come into the room not to mention it let in cold air. The bath mat had been washed,but had black grease stains. The bathtub had no plug and the shower curtain was torn at the top. The carpet was dirty and had what appeared […] to be dried food. On my son's bed, he shifted and pulled the sheet off the bed to reveal a coolaid type stain on the mattress. The walls had stains and behind the bathroom door was alot of dirt/grime. Gross! We couldn't wait to leave the next morning. On the plus side, the hair dryer worked and the beds were decent. The room also came with a mircowave and minifridge that also worked. Room was very dirty was not clean at all. They were remodaling and the pool which was a seasonal pool was not availiable no ice in machine on first had to venture to the 2nd floor to get ice. NO parking accessable for are room.

Way different than the pictures.I was not comfortable at all. Not a good place to stay with children. Bugs everywhere. The pool was not even filled. The bed sheets did not even look clean and other peoples clothing were left in our bathroom. Thats when you know that they didnt even really clean the room.

HOLY CRAP DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! I can't capitalize that statement enough! Two rooms rented... Room # 1 - not really that clean. The security lock was jerry-rigged with a bolt, which rendered it useless. We found a syringe (used, new, I don't know or care). The front desk told me they would find a new room and call me back within 5 minutes. 10 minutes […] later, I called back. Their response: "Oh, yeah. I forgot to get you a new room." The new room: pull back the sheets and grab the pillows so we. A huge black electrical singe on the wall. The outlet behind the bed itself was charred and broke off! The lamp next to the bed was plugged back into the outlet and it's lamp shade was partially melted. Room switch #: A cockroach sitting on the bathroom sink greeting us. Room #4: a decently clean room. But this was not before the overnight "manager" told me that she can't continually keep switching rooms for us. That she thought that we would be finding something wrong with every room. And yes, my response was that she wouldn't have to if their rooms weren't clean and in working order. Oh, every room had dirty towels. The other room we had rented that seemed just fine until my mother found hairballs in the coffee machine. And at 7 in the morning, the overnight "manager" comes knocking on the door of this room demanding to know who's staying in this room. She couldn't even keep the rooms straight that she switched. Not very impressed with the cleanliness or insect control at this motel. There were roaches on the wall and other insects in the room as well. The price was good but I would definitely pay more to avoid such an infestation.

Non-smoking room puffed smoke, coffee left in coffee pot, bathtub dirty, bed clean ... Questionable!, and some dried (hopefully phlegm) stuff in the sink.

The lobby instantly smells old. Figured the room could be different. It was worse. Dried snot on the walls, dead bugs on the bathroom floor, hair on the toilet seat. Went to use phone to call front desk and there was a hair on the ear piece. New room was worse...I'd say unidentified stains on the comforter, but we all know what I'm talking about. Left […] to go next door to te Comfort Inn and was suprisingly serenaded by what turns out to be a drug-influenced resident (yes, people live here long-term). The Hotel was "just adequate" ---- had no remote control for the TV - reported that upon arrival - nothing happened. Bathroom paper was VERY HARSH!! Towels were thin. Staff was pleasant.
