    Hotel was very nice, the staff very friendly. We came back from dinner the first night there and the front desk clerk had just brought out warm peanut butter cookies...what a treat. Comfy beds too! Nice breakfast. Would stay here again!

    The only thing not good was I was promised the same room I had last year by hotels.com and did not get it.. The person who booked me looked at the room I reserved last year and promised the same room 132, I got 137 but at least Hamptom Inn got me a ground floor level. I will return to the Hampton next year.

    The location is convenient if traveling along the 19. The Hotel felt dated. It only had one small elevator in the center so it was often crowded. The breakfast looked so-so. We didn't eat much. We requested two rooms close together and we were put at opposite ends of the hall. They didn't have any more non-smoking rooms available for us to switch.

    My wife and I were on the road for 10 hours after christmas and found this hotel conveniently right off the road. Pet friendly, which was a plus as we had 2 cats with us. Free morning breakfast with decent spread. Overall a good way to break up a long drive

    Hotel was easy to find and surrounded by eats and shopping. Good check in service. Appeared to be close to full as there was a lot of noise in the lobby with people in there playing cards. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Would definately stay there again.

    Nice stay at the Hampton, but got woken up at 2:30 in the morning by the people above us on the 3rd floor. Could pretty much hear them walking around and flushing the toilet.     This is a great hotel to stay at. The mountains are beatiful this time of the year. This is our first experience for "Bridge Day" and it was a great weekend. I would have rated this hotel a 5 on cleanliness but my child found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed "yuck" ....anyway the people that work there are the nicest I have ever seen in all of […] my years of travel. The breakfast is great and the attendant that works there is the nicest and one of the best people I have ever met.     Nice hotel, lots of places close by to eat at. We used our GPS to get us there and it took us the back way so I don't suggest that. Close to the main highway, pretty clean, comfortable beds.

    Overall the hotel offers very nice amenities at an acceptable price. It's about the only lodge in the area which offers a room with 2 queen beds (which were both very comfortable). The wide TV screen was an unexpected bonus and the heater/ac unit was quieter than most. The breakfast was well run and stocked and offered hot foods including freshly made […] waffles, eggs, meat, etc. The food hostess was very friendly and helpful and deserved my tip after 3 mornings of excellent service.     Well kept and pleasant. Hot cookies at the desk on your arrival, Coffee available 24 hours. Great breakfasts. Try Gino's restaurant just accross the street.. We stayed twice i coming and going from Fla.. Much more pleasant than the other motels on the way.The Hampton is a travel keeper.

    Tracy at the front desk was very helpfull checking in getting extra pillows. The hotel was very good however there is no were to eat or go .

    Comfortable place to stay on return trip to Canada from Orlando. Only issue has nothing to do with the hotel but rather the lack of quality eating places in Summersville. Applebees is the main draw and it is awful. I will push on a few miles to get quality eating places next time.
